A wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. My daughter and I stayed here for four wonderful weeks and left with the warmest memories. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the food was delicious. The sunsets are so beautiful they take your breath away! There are plenty of lovely cafés nearby where you can enjoy a great lunch or dinner. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet everything you need for a comfortable stay is close by, including shops, spas, and laundries. I truly hope we can come back one day and see these wonderful people again.

Reviews
We chose this hotel based on reviews praising its pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The hotel is located right on the edge of the rice fields. Since we stayed at the end of June, the rice had already been harvested, so the view wasn't as scenic as we hoped, though we understand this depends entirely on the season. We were kindly given a room on the first floor, which was convenient, but its condition was disappointing. The back door opened directly into a service area, and because of a strong draft, it would open by itself every time we opened the front door. The room felt very tired and outdated. The bathroom fixtures were loose, making it almost impossible to adjust the shower head. The breakfast was another letdown. For instance, on Saturday, they didn't even serve traditional soup, which was quite disappointing for a hotel in this area. The food was okay for a one-time meal, but nothing more. Parking is very inconvenient. You can manage to squeeze in a scooter, but there is absolutely no space for a car. Also, keep in mind that due to the proximity to nature, there are quite a few insects and small creatures running around, so you need to be prepared for that. On the positive side, the staff is very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The direct access to the rice fields is also a big plus. If you visit during the right season, the views must be beautiful. Even if the fields next to the hotel are empty, you can walk for just 5 minutes down the road to find great spots for photos. Overall, the hotel has good potential and lovely service, but the rooms and facilities definitely need a serious upgrade. I guess for the next time I will pay a bit more and review other options nearby
I’ve stayed a total of 10 nights at this hotel on two separate occasions, as well as stayed in over 20 Hoi An hotels over the past 3 years, so I feel qualified to leave an accurate review. The location and view is quite superb. The pool is also very clean, which you don’t always find in Southeast Asia. You won’t feel the chaos of Old Town and yet there are no chickens around to wake you up. It’s a perfect combo. However, I am not sure the good outweighs the bad. - Cleaning is once every two days. Since I was primarily ordering Grab, this led to a buildup of trash. The cleaning lady left fresh towels outside the room each morning, which was a kind gesture, but I still think for $30 a night, there should be daily cleaning. - Breakfast is mostly the same each day. I think the option to have an omelette prepared is great, but the rest of the selections were quite basic. When the juice or fruit ran out, there was no refill. - The staff are constantly trying to sell outside services, like tailors and Grab drivers. I understand they want to earn a commission, but it left a bad taste in my mouth that everyday I was asked why I wasn’t using their drivers and why I shopped at a different store than they one they recommended. - The shower rarely had hot water for more than 2 minutes. After a long day, this isn’t the greatest feeling. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay again. I felt like I overpaid for what I got, and I couldn’t enjoy my stay as much as I hoped.
We stayed her just under a week and didn’t want to leave! Tham really took care of us, it was my friends birthday and they decorated the room with rose petals and sang and gave her a personalized cake! Thank you so much! The pool is so lovely and clean, yummy breakfast w fresh fruits and breads and chef makes egg dishes. Comfy bed, lovely view, nice shower pressure and hot water
A small, quiet hotel located right next to rice fields, offering a very relaxing view. The pool is lovely. Breakfast is decent. The rooms are cute and colorful, and the bathrooms are quite spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable, and it’s peaceful—great for a good night’s sleep. The only downside (not the hotel’s fault) is the local loudspeaker, which can be quite noisy and lasts for about half an hour around midday.
