Exceptional stay.
Came for the happy hour by the pool, extended to stay more nights because the beds are SO comfy, the staff are delightful, and the spa was amazing and so insanely affordable.
The even went above and beyond - I have a shellfish allergy and for the entire duration of my stay they kept shellfish out of the breakfast buffet so I could eat safely. I’ve never experienced that level of care before.
Can’t wait to come back here.
Plus the wifi is super strong by the pool so was able to work from a sun lounge, how good is that?!
Its not hard to realize why the RiverTown Hoi An Resort and Spa has the reputation that it has. The moment you exit you transport and arrive here the experience begins. From valet/porter, front of house, housekeeping, gardening and restaurant staff everything is like a well oiled machine keeping a Rolls Royce like attitude to achieve a high level of customer service. The room we had was on the 7th floor overlooking the river and pool. It is only a very short walk to the center of the Old Town but conveniently away from the noise and hustle and bustle of it. The pool is another great asset allowing a refreshing dip to cool off from the summer heat. Looking to taste some of the best food in Hoi An look no further than the Soul Kitchen onsite it is highly recommended. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A fabulous holiday experience creating lasting memories and highly recommended as an accommodation for your next holiday in Hoi An.
Just spent the most fabulous week here. Cannot speak highly enough of the facilities and the service provided by their lovely friendly team. The pool area is stunning and it was so nice to be able to relax here. Breakfast is next level good! We always choose the breakfast option when we travel and this is by far the best range of delicious fresh food we have had in recent years. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great air con. The Lemongrass Spa treatment was another wow moment, highly recommend. This resort's location gives you the best of both worlds, quiet but still close enough to the action! We will definitely be back!!
Location of hotel is about 15 mins from old town. The hotel gardens were well kept. The room is clean although dated. Breakfast was great due to the variety and quality of the food. The best thing about this hotel is the service of all staff. They are attentive and very helpful. It's the best staff service I have ever experienced in all my travel. They took the initiative to lend me an adaptor when I realized I forgot to bring mine. They are always ready to check on me but did it in an unobtrusive way.
A very sincere thanks to every single staff member of this hotel , who once again helped make our stay here absolutely memorable!! They were all welcoming , caring and efficient. This hotel has everything you could wish for , from the morning swim in a fantastic pool , to a fully catered diverse breakfast , lunch and dinner! Assistance with tour bookings and onward travel . Walking distance to ancient town and restaurants, and free bicycle usage for those who want to explore further . Enjoy an extended stay to appreciate all there is to offer . We will definitely be returning.
