We had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. What truly stood out, however, was one staff member named Hue. Her exceptional care, friendliness, and attention to detail made our meal unforgettable. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and always served us with a genuine smile. Hue is a true asset to your team, and her outstanding quality of service deserves special recognition. Thank you for such a memorable experience — we will definitely be back.

Rainy Season Diamond - Renaissance Danang Hoi An is the perfect rainy season getaway! This beautifully appointed hotel has phenomenal highly trained staff, amenities, great activities and a comprehensive, premium breakfast buffet with a wide range of delicious high quality, cuisine options which included both local and international dishes. We enjoyed an upgrade to the presidential suite which was absolutely massive and exceptionally appointed with amazing panoramic ocean views including the beautiful Cham Island. We were so impressed that we invited friends to join us. The costs for additional guests were affordable and of high value. We enjoyed four wonderful sunny days by the Olympic sized swimming pool, the full service gym, a herbal compress workshop and (celebrating World Wellness Weekend). While the hotel is kid friendly it’s also a great place for a romantic getaway. There’s also a full service spa and game room that we plan to use when we return. Highest compliments to General Manager Van Vu and their team, with special thanks to An, Trang, Vu, Phuong, Troung, Linh, Tuan, Tram and Hannah!
What a great experience. The included breakfast was delicious and had a vast number of choices. The spa has an awesome steam room. The jacuzzi was clean but not hot enough. Sauna was not working during our stay but would not have used it. Pool was very unique with a false edge at the beach. Service personnel were all very friendly and kind. Bar beer prices were my only complaint. $6-8 USD for what cost ~$1 at an outside restaurant. We paid about $90/night USD after all taxes. I’d stay again over and over again.
Our family stayed in the Presidential Suite. On arrival we were impressed by the size and layout, with a huge master suite, spacious living area, kitchen and two additional ensuite bedrooms. Unfortunately, by the next morning we discovered numerous issues including mould behind peeling wallpaper, liquid seeping from walls, fungi growing from a bedroom wall, faulty air conditioning, unreliable lighting, malfunctioning electric curtains, a dirty ensuite floor and a strong odour from the master bathroom. These are not the standards expected of a hotel's flagship suite. To their credit, Rahoman (Duty Manager) and Simon (Front Office Manager) were professional, apologetic and worked hard to resolve many of the issues. Rahoman also arranged a complimentary family dinner and Simon provided a partial discount, which we appreciated. There were many positives. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—one of the largest we've ever seen. The pool is huge and very clean, and the resort grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. One disappointment was the beach, which was heavily impacted by construction. While this was outside the hotel's control, guests should be informed before booking as it may influence their decision. We ultimately chose to shorten our stay. The staff did everything they could, but the condition of the Presidential Suite was well below the standard expected, and it's clear the hotel has maintenance issues that require attention from senior management.
This was hands down the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless; check-in was quick, and the refreshing welcome juice was a lovely touch. Our Deluxe King room was spacious and featured a spotless bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, but the real star was the balcony—waking up to views of the palm trees and the beach was unforgettable. The outdoor pool is massive and offers a stunning view of the ocean, with clean cabanas and plenty of fresh towels always available. However, the breakfast was the absolute best part for me. The variety was incredible—everything from fresh fruit smoothies and pastries to delicious hot dishes and coffee. We also took advantage of the convenient shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient Town (just be sure to reserve your spot at the front desk). We cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough!
