Resort is amazing, stuff wonderful and everything is clean. Family ambient, swimming pool is beautiful as recreation place.Mr Thi is star of this resort, he is making your stay here more enjoyable. They call him also coconut man. Definitely made our kids happy with his dancing skills.
Was a very mixed stay. Both check in and out experiences were not overly friendly & was up & down throughout our stay. Upon check in we were left waiting for awhile & ushered to another room & waited for extended period then all 4 bags, two of us & a driver were put on a 2 person buggy to drive to our room, was bit uncomfortable. The room on arrival was very clean & nice however was quite warm as no aircon had been put on. Even after several hours was not cooling enough to sleep and we requested a fan which was provided quickly and helped us sleep. The pool area is big however showing its age, no poolside service was available (would have spend much more!) We are at the beachside restaurant on 2 occasions & the food was lovely & nice service. Breakfast each morning was very nice & wide range of dishes. The location was great right on the beach & the resort gardens etc very well maintained. After checking out we were asked to pay for 2 bottles of water while trying to get into our transport (which we were told were complementary) and was an uncomfortable experience. After explaining it’s free & how much money we spent during our stay they reluctantly let it go & we left for the airport.
Excellent trip. Resort was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It certainly made the trip even greater than we expected. Mr. VY was exceptional. Always there each morning to make sure we were happy with everything. Mr. Then and lifeguards were exceptional. The pool was hot but at the time we were at the resort the weather was very hot. Courtesy bus was a plus.
A truly unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived at Palm Garden Beach Resort until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, but what makes this place truly special is the people. Honestly, it is difficult to find a single thing to complain about. Every member of staff went far beyond providing good service – they made us feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and at home. Their warmth, kindness, and dedication created an atmosphere that made our holiday unforgettable. A special thank you to Anh Thi, also known as Mr. Thi or the “Coconut Man.” He is much more than an employee – he is an entertainer, a host, and a true ambassador for the resort. He has an incredible ability to make every guest feel seen and welcome, whether young or old. From activities at the hotel to adventures outside the resort, he always made sure everyone felt included, safe, and happy. We would also like to mention Hong, who provided some of the warmest and most genuine hospitality we have ever experienced. Her kindness, attention, and care made a lasting impression on us. And finally, a big thank you to the lifeguards. They consistently went above and beyond their responsibilities, always helping, organising, and looking after guests with a smile. Their friendliness and willingness to assist never went unnoticed. Palm Garden Beach Resort is not just a beautiful place to stay—it is a place filled with people who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. We will leave with wonderful memories and hope to return someday. Highly recommended! ❤️
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The resort itself was beautiful, but what truly made our stay so special were the incredible people. Every single member of staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. A special mention has to go to Mr Coconut Man, who absolutely made our stay! Such a wonderful personality and someone we will definitely remember from our holiday. The Spa Centre was also fantastic. The treatments were wonderful, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the amazing service to the beautiful surroundings and warm atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an unforgettable stay and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our holiday so special!
