Hoiana Beach Resort Hotel is one of three accommodation options on the same premises, which can make the layout and facilities a little confusing at first. However, it feels noticeably more luxurious than the other two hotels in the complex. The lobby is clean and pleasant, with a nice fresh smell. This is a significant contrast to the casino-side lobby next door, which had a strong cigarette smell. The reception staff spoke good English and made the check-in process smooth. The room was new, spacious, spotless, and close to perfect. Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our stay. The pillows were on the softer side, so guests who prefer firmer support may find them less comfortable. The hallways outside the rooms were also somewhat warm and humid. I liked the hotel’s location. It is a shorter ride to Hoi An, which was the main area we wanted to visit. The hotel operates a shuttle service to Hoi An, although the logistics and schedule were a little confusing, we still managed to catch the shuttle without too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good overall selection and quality, though I think the spread (should) can increase a bit if more guests are staying. Overall, Hoiana Beach Resort Hotel offers a comfortable stay and convenient for visiting Hoi An without the chaotic in the older part of the old town. Recommend 👍🏻

Resort is in a great location with excellent facilities. The only downside of our trip was the pick up from airport. We waited at contact point and so many people tried to give us a lift whilst waiting for a long period. Contact was made with Head Office and situation rectified. Lina at the Beach Resort has provided us with outstanding service and was very understanding on our pickup issue. Lina is a fantastic staff member and you should be commended - so helpful and professional. Our trip has been excellent and we will be back - fully recommend resort.
It’s a fantastic resort within a vast complex of 4 hotels. New world Hoiana beach resort is the upper mid tier of the complex. It’s managed by rosewood so everything is of high quality and luxurious. The room we stayed in is huge, and has nice view to the hotel grounds and the beach. Toiletries are malin+goetz. We enjoyed access to the private beach, and always looking forward to the sumptuous breakfast buffet every day. The ingredients are very high quality. All staffs are very friendly and always greet us. I mainly communicated with the hotel staffs via the WhatsApp service which is very responsive and attentive to my requests. The hotel has free shuttle facility to bring you to the airport, Hoi an or danang which makes up for its rather remote location. It offers a range activities to keep guests entertained as well such as free bowling session which unfortunately I didn’t try. There is also pickleball training but it runs at 1030 am in outdoor court which is very hot in danang so I didn’t try it as well. There is plenty of food options available in the resort from food court to steak houses. We tried the food court and find the dishes are incredibly delicious. We only managed to try the south east asian dishes such as indonesian fried rice, seafood hor fun, thai pad krapow and all tasted spot on! One small downside with the room is that it doesn’t have bidet shower in the toilet which should be pretty standard for hotels in Vietnam. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much as well this time around (it was our second time staying here) and looking forward to be staying here again.
We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The resort has many strengths, including spacious rooms, enjoyable swimming pools, and a good breakfast selection with fresh fruits, pho, and omelets. It’s a nice option for a family vacation. However, considering the price, there were several disappointing aspects. Room cleanliness and the refrigerator condition need improvement, and the ocean view was more of a partial side view with ongoing construction nearby. The pool lifeguards repeatedly asked for my room number, sometimes even approaching me under the pretense of offering towels. Being asked multiple times every time I visited the pool—from as early as 7 a.m.—felt excessive and uncomfortable. If verifying guests is necessary, the resort should implement a proper system, such as checking room numbers upon entry (similar to a kids’ club) or using a clear identification method like wristbands or key cards. Instead, asking guests for their room number over and over again—while seemingly being selective about whom to ask—creates an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. It made me feel unfairly singled out and left a very negative impression. Compared to Cove Bar, the staff at Knox Beach Club were noticeably more friendly and welcoming. The food court offers tasty options, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke from the casino makes the dining experience uncomfortable. Overall, while the facilities are good, the service and management details fall short of expectations for the price. With some improvements, this resort could offer a much better experience. ** The constant and repeated requests for my room number by the pool lifeguards were so frustrating that they completely ruined my impression of the stay and made me not want to visit Hoi An again.
We were upgraded to a higher room category and were very impressed with both the spacious layout and the thoughtful design. Every small detail was carefully curated with great taste. Breakfast didn’t offer an overwhelming variety, but the quality was truly excellent. The kids’ club provided many complimentary activities, and the staff were warm and lovely. As a family traveling with young children, we were extremely satisfied with our experience here - this is what a true 5-star standard should be. The quality here is something many other 5-star resorts in Vietnam could learn from. We will definitely return and happily recommend this place to our friends.
