Our experience here was excellent, we spent almost a month here total over two separate stays. The rooms we're beautiful, clean and spacious (exactly as advertised), and the location was perfect - just outside of the very busy central area and near the beach.
Most importantly, the service and staff here were absolutely incredible. On a number of occasions. Thao, the wonderful woman who worked at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect stay.
Often living out of these hotels, these personal touches mean a lot to us. I can't recommend staying here enough.

- Internet speed great, and when we had trouble with it, the hotel immediately fixed the problem
The hotel did not meet my expectations. In my opinion, the 3-star rating is not justified.
At check-in, we clearly indicated that there would be two guests, but bathroom amenities (such as towels) were provided for only one person. The swimming pool is supposed to be open until 7 PM, however, when we arrived during the day, it was dirty, almost like a lake. I woke up at 7:30 AM hoping to swim, but the pool was being cleaned for nearly 4 hours.
There is also a pool table in the lobby, but it is not complimentary — it costs 100,000 VND per hour, which seems overpriced considering this is a 3-star hotel and not a private space, but the lobby.
On the positive side, the breakfasts were decent, and the river view was nice.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
Great hotel very close to some lovely beaches and great restaurants. Hotel is clean, staff are lovely and there's something for breakfast for everyone. Some of those reviews you may read from a few years ago are very misleading and some of those reviewers should have been a little more happy to have survived COVID and on holiday in a paradise. Exceptional value for money. Old town is a very cheap taxi ride away (get the Grab app).
Beautiful place near the sea and the river.
From one side you can sea the river, from the other the sea.
Both sides are beautiful and stunning.
You can see the sunrise from the beach side, and the sunset from the river side.
I stayed in the the suite, it has a jacuzzi and a living room, and is worth the stay here.
I can recommend the place.
Also, the hotel has a big swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a restaurant.
We visited this hotel and decided not to stay there. Smoking is prohibited even on the balcony. This is an unnecessarily strict rule and results in customer loss. Personally, we don't stay at hotels with such restrictions. It might be a good option for non-smokers.
