Good located and for the price very decent. Staff very kind, ie Anna. Downside only they don’t have a sauna (eventhough it said on trip.com), rooms can be a bit loud and water temperature is semi hot. Aside very good.

Hotel maintainance is there. Look a little spooky from the lift to the room hall way, many unoccupied rooms (Doors, windows in the walkway is opened but the room curtain is closed as those unoccupied rooms is dark and no light is seen.. They are strict with no smoking rules in the room or even in the balcony area. Be ready get fine if spotted any evidence. 🤣

I’m truly sorry to say that, unfortunately, this stay did not leave me with a positive impression of the hotel. The reception staff were not professional or helpful. Whenever I asked questions or needed assistance, I was often told that they did not know, accompanied by an unwilling attitude and facial expressions that made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, none of my questions or concerns were properly answered or resolved. Regarding the room, there were quite a lot of ants, and the room felt dark and not particularly clean. There was also no shampoo provided. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak and was almost impossible to use, which was very inconvenient during my stay. The hotel lobby was also surprisingly dark. The lights were not properly turned on, and the air conditioning was not running, even though the weather was extremely hot. I found this very difficult to understand and it did not create a comfortable or welcoming atmosphere for guests. The swimming pool was another disappointment, as it was not clean and there was quite a lot of rubbish around the area. Considering the price of the room, I believe there are many other hotels in Hoi An that offer a much better service and overall experience for the same price. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Pavilion Gallery Hoi An Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness, which made me feel at home right away. A special thank you to Moon and Sunny for their exceptional hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. Their professionalism and caring attitude truly made my stay even more memorable. Whether it was providing recommendations, assisting with my requests, or simply greeting me every day, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and an excellent location. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Hoi An. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hoi An. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you, Moon, Sunny, and the entire team, for your outstanding hospitality!
