Great hotel about 15 min walk into the old Town.
Loved our rooms - I got a welcome package for my sister for her birthday and the cake and flowers were incredible, they really made a fuss. I wasn't happy with my room I originally booked on the second floor so I changed to level six and it was fabulous.
Bus is convenient to go into town, heaps of places nearby to eat, including a great spa next door you can do a lot nearby without going into the old town which can get very busy. Breakfast is good but not ridiculous.
Pool has an amazing view but was small and a tiny bit warm! It heats up during the day.
What could really lift this hotel is just an overall clean as it's a little bit dated and we noticed things like smudge marks in the lifts etc which would take it up a star.
Great value for money though and no comparison to what you would get in Australia for the same price (nothing).
Quiet, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. The swimming pool is the best highlight of the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service throughout the stay.
Area for improvement: it would be better if the hotel could increase the frequency of the free transport service to the Old Town. In addition, providing smaller-sized bicycles would be more convenient for guests who are not very tall. (Foldable bike)
My second time at this hotel and had a great experience as expected. Summer greeted me and was really kind and welcoming when I arrived.
The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was tasty and had a good range to choose from. I also felt very welcomed by Eden at the restaurant too.
Hopefully I can come back soon!!
We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with lovely bathroom. Great location. Lots of different tasty breakfast options. I ate here one evening as my partner had a cold and didn't fancy going out. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. A bottle of beer and a generous sized chicken (breast) dish with rice for just over £6. All staff very polite and attentive. Highly recommend staying here 🙂
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It has far exceeded my expectations! The check in process was quick and the room was incredible. Easily the largest hotel room I’ve ever gotten. King sized bed, two desk areas, a sitting area with a view of the rice fields, a separate toilet and entire wet room with rain shower and free standing tub. The breakfast was good and the pool is out of this world, overlooking the rice fields. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is just a quick grab ride ($1) to the old town and well worth it to stay here! I don’t want to leave!!
