We had a wonderful stay at Lantana.
Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the lovely manager, Lisa. The entire staff was so friendly & helpful. The service was fantastic.
Breakfast was so good. Juices & cooked items are made to order.
The location on the river was perfect. We had a view of the river. The hotel is close enough to the busy areas to enjoy them, but far away enough to be relaxing & quiet. There are restaurants & shops a short five minute walk away. The town area is very close, a short ride or a beautiful 15 minute walk.
My husband and I also enjoyed massages at the spa on the rainy days. Would highly recommend treating yourself!!
We loved our recent stay at Lantana Riverside. Staff are amazing! I loved how they would visit you at breakfast each morning, check in with you and see what you are up to. They gave ideas and kindly offered assistance with activities.
Rooms are traditional Vietnamese style and beautiful, we had a view over the river which was lovely.
Lovely quiet area, about 5-10 minutes grab ride from old town. They do have bikes to use and you could ride into old town.
A bit far to walk into old town, I feel, especially in the heat, and especially all the walking you do in the old town. Lantana do operate a shuttle x3 times a day, which was great.
Restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. Hoi An memories show within walking distance, which was fantastic.
Overall we loved our stay, a beautiful boutique, intimate hotel. We'd stay again.
We had a wonderful stay here. We had 2 nights here from 27th Aug. We did arrive after 10pm and staff were waiting for us to arrive. We utilised the complimentary airport transfer from Da Nang.
Our room was decorated for our anniversary stay which was a lovely gesture.
All staff were incrediblely friendly and attentive. Lisa and her team are always ready to help make your stay unforgettable going above and beyond.
The food was excellent. Generous breakfast and very reasonably priced menus available throughout the day.
There is a shuttle available into old town, as well as complimentry bicycles.
Room we booked the Lantana suite. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet!

The staff are wonderful, special thanks to Lisa and Daisy for being attentive and accommodating. The room and bed were comfortable, although we didn't have the full view of the river we were still able to see it from the side of the balcony. The location of the hotel is very close to Old Town, accessible by foot or take advantage of their free use of bicycles, which we did. Lovely to just sit at the front of the hotel and watch the boats go past especially at dusk when the lanterns were all lit up. We had a lovely time in this hotel, highly recommend.

The guest service was excellent throughout our stay. As we were celebrating my wife's birthday, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a beautiful birthday decoration on the bed and even surprised us with a birthday cake during breakfast. These special touches made our trip even more memorable.
The location is good, situated in a quiet and peaceful area facing the river, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. At the same time, it is only about 10 minutes from the main tourist attractions in Hoi An, making it very convenient to explore the town.
Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality and wonderful service. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.
