This is such a lovely hotel, from check in, Daisy and her team were incredible. She sat down with us to show us where everything was located in the Old Town, gave us great information for places to eat, etc. The room was very comfortable and the view was great! Just a short walk or bike ride into the Old Town and the markets there. We only stayed one night but will have to go back for a longer stay!
AMAZING STAY!! We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The staff were so so helpful, rooms were spacious and clean & the breakfast had a lot of variety! You can take free pedal bikes for the day too! Good gym and spa. 10/10 thank you!
Our one-week stay at La Luna Hotel & Resort was absolutely outstanding. The week flew by, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was large, with plenty of hot water at all times. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and room service was always prompt and delicious. The swimming pool was another highlight, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and ample fresh towels available. What truly sets La Luna apart, however, is its staff. I usually notice one or two exceptional employees during a hotel stay, but at La Luna every single staff member was outstanding. Their service was genuinely six-star. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention also goes to the security staff at the entrance. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and proactive—often doing far more than their job required. Their warmth and professionalism made a wonderful first and last impression every day. If you’re looking for a hotel with beautiful facilities, outstanding service, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend La Luna Hotel & Resort. We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to return.
Our room was on the top floor, but the lift did not go all the way up to that floor. It was nicely decorated but looked a little tired. The location, however, was great. It was a nice stroll in the evening to the old town. The staff were generally friendly. Tina, in particular, made an effort to remember our names and to check in on us. She was also very helpful in giving suggestions on what to eat/do. She made this stay an extremely pleasant one for us.
Laluna Riverside Hotel is perfectly located just steps from the vibrant Hoi An riverfront. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and spotless, with top-notch bathroom fittings and a huge, sparkling shower. The classic Victorian-style building exudes charm, and while there’s no lift, the stairs gave us a bit of exercise and a chance to enjoy the architecture. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—heating food we brought in, suggesting vegetarian options, collecting parcels, sharing local insights, and even trying to secure a river-facing room for us. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of hot and cold coffee, and the chef personally explained the vegetarian options each day. The pool was clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Hoi An itself was magical, especially around sunset with its lanterns, music, food, and riverside activity. Exceptional service, excellent location, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.
