AU Tripadeal Tour 7,8,9 Sept 26 - I loved this resort. It is very large but quiet and the rooms were very spacious. Restaurant is well priced and the breakfast was fantastic. Hotel/Resorts in Vietnam don't supply complimentary black tea in the rooms. The resort provides a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from Hoi An Ancient Town, since the resort is 15min drive from the area. The service was wonderful and the experience was perfect and I loved my time in Hoi An. I would recommend this resort to everyone!
We had a good experience here. Our stay was short. The beach was inaccessible due to work being done by the government. Which wasn't the hotels fault. I loved the setting by the river. The grounds were well maintained. I just wish they had hand towel holders in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen. It's a relaxing place to stay but not for the full day. You need to head out and it's a small boutique resort. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa with indoor pool. It was a proper 1.4m pool.
The staff are all fantastic. Reception staff were quick and made us welcome. The girls who made up the room were delightful and funny. The dining staff were very attentive and looked after us well. All staff greet you cheerfully. The only downside that when out by the pool you often had to go inside to get drinks. The outdoor bar is not staffed often. A miserly 15% discount for the single hour of happy hour is one of the worst discounts i have found in a hotel. That was very disappointing as we do enjoy a few drinks.
Wonderful boutique resort! Beautifully set along a small creek, rooms were large with enormous beds and large bathrooms, nicely decorated with Hoi An typical style. Large pool and smaller quiet adult pool. Breakfast buffet had large western and Vietnamese spread, staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tina who helped us throughout, and great value for the comfort. Will definitely come here again.
An absolute gem in Vietnam – highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is beautiful, extremely clean, and well-maintained. My room was absolutely flawless.
The highlight, however, was the staff: everyone was so lovely and provided heartfelt service. The breakfast was fantastic, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding.
I also loved the private beach area. It is small but perfect, with clean sand and water, plenty of loungers, and security on site, which made me feel very safe. Thank you for making my trip so special – I would love to come back!
