From the moment we arrived, the front desk and welcoming team impressed us with their genuine smiles, attentiveness, and thoughtful service. We immediately felt warmly welcomed and truly at home. The breakfast was another highlight — beautifully presented, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It was one of those experiences that we will remember long after our trip. We also joined the Vietnamese coffee-making experience, which was fantastic. The staff explained every step in great detail and interacted with us in such a warm and engaging way. It was both enjoyable The spa team was very kind and patient, carefully introducing the treatments and confirming our preferences to make sure the experience was exactly what we wanted. Most importantly, the consistently high level of service throughout the resort made our holiday truly special. It is not only the beautiful property, but also the warmth and sincerity of the people that made us want to return. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a happy and memorable holiday. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Beautiful not so big hotel with everything that is required. Both pools are nice. Only suggestion I have is that the roof top pool needs to be opened longer that 8pm. 10pm is better since that bar is open till then as well. Down stairs in the entry the sofa's that are there are very bulky and fit a very small amount of guests. If a few more can be added it will good as its a nice area to sit. Other than that, everything was perfect right from check in, breakfast, location, services as well as staff.

Location is convenient. It’s just a 5-10minute walk to the center of old town. Atmosphere was very elegant yet relaxing. Great Value for money for those looking for a more luxurious accommodation in Hoi an. Stayed in a Grand Deluxe King Room in the Wakaku building which offers beautiful riverside views from the balcony. It was well appointed, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Love the bathtub! Service was superb all throughout our stay. Ms. Vy the Desk Manager was very helpful and accommodating. All staff members were welcoming and pleasant. Great breakfast buffet selection with a noodle bar where you can try local dishes like cao lau and a vietnames coffee bar. The roof top bar had the best view in town. Perfect for sunset happy hour. Keep in mind that they also offer a shuttle service to and from their partner beachfront property where you can enjoy the amenities as well. Really convenient if you want to spend time at the beach too. Overall, highly recommended and i would love to go back.

First of all, we really liked the room, and the facilities were excellent as well. The complimentary minibar policy was very convenient, and although the Executive Lounge was small, it was very well organized and enjoyable. Above all, we were especially impressed by how kind and friendly most of the staff were. The location was also great, so we were able to visit the Old Town several times during our stay. If we come back to Hoi An again in the future, we will definitely visit again.
