What an amazing hotel and hospitality, from the first day I arrived the staff where very accommodating and friendly.big thank you to Duyen at reception and tuna in the morning for breakfast and dinner.Truly a loverly hotel and amazing people. Unfortunately the last 2 days it rained a lot and flooded. The staff Kindly call me and said I would be changing room as there was to much water. So Got upgrades to a stunning bedroom free of charge.i will be coming back to hoi an next year and yes you guessed it.will definitely be coming back to this hotel.i recommend.
A splendid place—perfect for a rest halfway along the coast of Vietnam. Located on the outskirts of Hanoi in a very welcoming natural setting, yet just a five-minute drive from the city center. Their signature massage is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are well-equipped, featuring a swimming pool, billiards, and a spacious breakfast area with a wide variety of options. We are very happy and grateful to have visited.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Eco Lodge and Spa. We stayed for 8 nights and wish we could stay for more. Our villa style room was very spacious with an en suite and balcony, and plenty of natural coming through the big windows. The staff are so friendly and very helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. So welcoming. 3 swimming pools to choose from - spoilt for choice. Breakfast options are great, loads to choose from (including veggie options). On-site restaurant and bar is also great when you want to have a more chilled relaxing day. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from Hoi An Old Town and the beach. Thank you for a lovely experience.
We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa for our honeymoon. The resort is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax.
The three pools were great, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast and food were excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
A perfect place for a honeymoon – highly recommended!
Our stay at this resort turned out to be even better than expected, a true hidden gem.
Everything was just perfect. We booked the suite with breakfast, and both the room and the morning meals exceeded our hopes. Breakfast was not only delicious but also made special by the attentive staff, who checked in with us every morning to see how we were and if we needed anything.
Also you can rent bikes for free to discorver the area (really recommend it) and a there are several shuttles a day to beaches and old town of hoi an.
The only minor downside was that the bed had a slightly damp smell, which seemed to come from the mattress rather than the sheets or towels (which were fresh and clean). Also, if you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, I’d recommend bringing earplugs, as the walls are a bit thin and families with children tend to use the pool early in the morning—our room was located near the pool.
Aside from these small points, everything else was absolutely perfect. The combination of comfort, service, and atmosphere makes this resort a place we would happily return to.
