A clean hotel with spacious rooms and appropriately sized balconies; you don't hear noise from other rooms, though occasionally you might hear sounds from the hallway. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, though keep an eye on the fruit, as there are sometimes gnats around it. The pool is large and very relaxing—especially if you get to swim alone. The Old Town is about 10–15 minutes away; the walk there is lively and full of shops, so the journey feels quick. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly—always smiling and ready to help (10/10). I think it’s a great choice for the price.
Absolutely perfect. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Huu An. Room was really comfortable, the balcony was a really good size and had a nice view, whilst also overlooking the pool. The restaurant food was amazing, and the chef on the fresh egg counter at the breakfast buffet was just brilliant. The pool was really nice, good size, plenty of loungers and the toilets were kept clean all day. I absolutely recommend and will stay again if we're ever back in the area.

From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff were amazing, Huu an was especially welcoming and friendly throughout our vist a real asset to the business.
All member of staff we encountered at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. We had an upgraded pool view room on the top floor which over looked the whole hotel.
Food at breakfast was good and the fresh egg bar was great. We also had food from the restaurant of an afternoon and evening and every time it was all cooked perfectly, with a large selection to choose from.
The Swimming pool is a really good size and plenty of loungers and fresh towels to use, we never had to rush down to get a bed.
We had an amazing time at this hotel! Staff was friendly and very professional. From the receptionist to the chefs to the waiters, everyone had a smile on their face. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a new special dish. I am so glad we stayed here! The rooms were clean and I would recommend staying here!

The overwhelming choice of salad was something I look forward to every morning . Happy hour and spa was also irresistible
Room was also great. Clean. Me and my friend particularly like the soft wardrobe that was available for purchases .
Colonial style hotel but doesn’t feel too old.
Since we went there on a holiday so we didn’t hear much construction work done, we also had a room facing the pool which was much quieter , only 10 minutes walk to old town or you have borrow the hotel bike for free but you have to pay for parking
