The hotel has the highest standards of hospitality and service, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely well-trained, polite and helpful. It is an excellent choice for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. While it is not close to the city, the hotel offers complimentary transfer options throughout the day to Da Nang and Hoi An, and taking a taxi is easy as well. Breakfast is good and varied. The spa at the beach was a highlight of the stay as well.

The hot water system in my room is broken. I was about to give my 1-year-old a shower, but the water became scalding hot. Even though I started with cold water, it turned into boiling hot water in no time. It was so dangerous—my child was almost severely burned

We stayed here for seven nights, and overall our experience was mixed. The room was comfortable and offered good privacy with a nice private pool. It was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the service. For a five-star resort, I was surprised that very few staff members spoke English apart from the reception team. This led to several misunderstandings throughout our stay and made communication more difficult than expected. For example, I ordered a latte but was served a very sweet coffee. I explained that I don’t drink sugary coffee and politely asked if it could be changed, but I was told I would have to pay again for a replacement. I didn’t feel this was the level of service I would expect from a five-star resort. We also had to change rooms after our first night because the air conditioner in our original room was making a very loud noise. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all that night because of it. We booked a package that included breakfast and lunch or dinner. I was disappointed by the dining options. For a resort, I expected each restaurant to have its own menu with more variety. However, the two main restaurants served exactly the same menu, and even the Japanese restaurant offered a very similar selection. I was hoping to experience more traditional local cuisine. The portion sizes were also quite small. For dessert at dinner, we were only served the same fruit that was available at breakfast, such as melon and pineapple. There were no other dessert options, which felt disappointing for a five-star resort. In my opinion, unless you specifically want the convenience of having meals included, I would recommend booking the breakfast-only package and ordering lunch or dinner separately. Overall, the facilities are good, especially the private pool, but the service, communication, and dining experience did not meet the standard we expected from a five-star resort.

Your staff has been incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We absolutely love our villa! It is incredibly cozy, and every little detail is beautifully thought out. Even though it’s only our first day, we’ve already enjoyed a swim in the pool and a fantastic meal at your restaurant. The food was excellent—well done to the entire team! We are excited for the rest of our holiday. I will be sure to leave a full review about the beach, breakfasts, and our overall experience later on. Best regards,
