This hotel was such a great experience! Upon arrival we had such a warm welcome accompanied by some welcome drinks which were SO delicious. Breakfast was super good and had many options, they also had a juicer which was a personal highlight! Free shuttle service is also provided by the hotel, the hotel was also super clean. Lastly, the staff were truly amazing especially Ella, Lisa (the receptionist in the spa) and V! They truly made our trip special and super lovely. Thank you all so so much and I hope to be back soon ❤️
Amazing hotel especially very helpful and friendly staff. The two women at the reception (one is called jessy) and everyone else working at the reception is very helpful. Also the spa is wonderful. The free shuttle service to the city and the beach with friendly driver Koi is very practical. Breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are large and comfortable and always well cleaned. We are very happy to be staying here.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The food selection was also excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from.

This hotel is amazing! The location, the facilities, the restaurant, the pools, the spa, everything was exceeding our expectations!
The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very clean, the shower is big, the bed is giant, everything was perfect!
But if I will remember something extra special form this hotel, is definitely the staff! Overly nice, attentive and caring! Always making sure you are feeling amazing. Can’t thank enough Ame, Ella and Koi. And a HUGE thank you to Tien, the security guy, who was definitely one of the nicest human being I’ve ever meet, this man has a big heart !!!
This was a beautiful hotel and our favourite hotel so far in Vietnam. The rooms were incredibly comfy and well appointed (you can tell it is a new hotel as all the plugs have built in international configurations to work with all plug types). I had an amazing sleep each night here as the pillows in particular are perfect softness.
The service from the staff was very friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Kathy who made us feel like VIPs every day of our stay and Koi, the shuttle driver who was friendly and chatty and both liked to learn about British culture and talk about his own.
The location is 3km from the old town but a good way to escape the hustle and bustle and very easily reached by Grab or free bicycles from the hotel.
