Our stay at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi A was fabulous from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the front of house team supporting us with a villa change to be closer to the beach, to the food and beverage team helping with dietary requirements and bookings, every touchpoint felt thoughtful and well managed. The property itself is exceptional for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront resort. The setting is beautiful, the food is excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight. Café Nam Hai, their Indian restaurant, was world class and one of the standout dining experiences of our stay. The spa is also one of the best we have visited. We had two treatments and were genuinely blown away by both. The facilities are excellent too, with tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, and even a padel court, which was a lovely touch. Most importantly, the staff are what make this resort special. You really experience Vietnamese hospitality at its best, and the leadership from the resort manager and his team is clearly reflected across the whole property. We cannot recommend Four Seasons The Nam Hai highly enough and will definitely come back.

As an athlete, I often struggle to find quality gyms in Vietnam. Many facilities are poorly maintained and lack air conditioning. The facilities at Four Seasons are truly top-notch, featuring the latest Technogym equipment, immaculate cleanliness, and even a sauna. I visited on a day pass, but after this experience, I would not hesitate to book a stay here on my next trip to Vietnam. The team was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and demonstrated the high level of service you would expect from Four Seasons. We also had lunch, and the food was fresh and delicious. With three swimming pools and a serene, peaceful atmosphere throughout the property, it’s an ideal place to relax and recharge. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering such an exceptional experience. Everything was truly first-class. 🙏✨ Please stay like this !
We have always held Four Seasons in very high regard, especially as UAE residents and returning guests who have previously experienced Four Seasons properties in Ubud and Sharm El Sheikh. For this reason, our arrival experience at Four Seasons Hoi An was genuinely disappointing. The property itself is undoubtedly beautiful, with an exceptional setting and impressive infrastructure. However, the level of service and coordination did not reflect the standard we associate with the Four Seasons brand. We decided to have a cocktail inside the resort, but upon arrival at the main hall, one receptionist informed us that the bar had already closed at 10:30 PM. This was surprising, especially for a resort of this level. After speaking with another receptionist, we were then told that the bar was actually still open. This kind of conflicting information creates unnecessary confusion for guests and gives the impression of poor internal coordination. A similar situation occurred with the buggy service. We were initially told, “Apologies sir, all employees have already finished work,” only for a buggy to be arranged a few minutes later. Again, the issue was not the buggy itself, but the inconsistent communication and lack of preparedness. The resort is truly superb from an architectural and visual perspective, but some members of the team appeared insufficiently trained and not fully prepared to welcome international guests accustomed to Four Seasons standards. For a brand of this prestige, the guest experience should feel seamless, polished, and reliable from the very first interaction.
Everything here is simply perfect. The villa is beautifully and modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained. Everything is state-of-the-art and very stylish. Highlights include a 46-meter and a 50-meter swimming pool, which we used every morning for our workouts, and a top-of-the-line, fully equipped gym. Even breakfast is a culinary delight, with both à la carte options and a large, varied buffet. In the evenings, there's a stunningly designed Japanese restaurant. The impeccably trained staff caters to every need regarding food and drinks. Julia participated in the Ironman in Da Nang. The hotel also fulfilled all her dietary requirements, provided the necessary race nutrition, and transported us and our bikes to the race venue. Everything was superbly organized and a real relief for us. I would especially like to mention the humorous and highly dedicated tennis coach Daniel, as well as Lanh and Phuc, for their wonderful personal support during our stay. Mr. Minotti organized state-of-the-art mountain bikes for our excursions around the hotel, into the rice paddies around Hoi An, and for Julia's training rides. He made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We will miss the people and the hotel very much and will definitely come back again, Thomas and Julia.
My husband and I just left this resort after 4 phenomenal nights. We will be in Vietnam for 3 weeks and picked 4 nights here in the middle to relax and enjoy the beach. I was very sad to leave today. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, our beach villa was a slice of heaven, breakfast every morning was exquisite, and the staff was amazing! I cannot say enough about all of the staff. Everything was perfect, our needs were anticipated even before we thought of them, the staff knew our names and seemed genuinely happy to assist us. I cannot wait to return!
