Breakfast is great and the bingsu near by pool is great too. And the clerk named Hat she is super kind and helpful. 😀

Very friendly staff, they were more than happy to help and provide information on tourist attractions and the best times to go.

Felt like sharing a room with strangers. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were given a connecting room even though we never requested one. The noise was unbelievable, we could clearly hear the people next door talking and could even understand their conversations. The noise continued until late at night, making it very difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. The room itself was also not very clean and felt poorly maintained. Overall cleanliness was below expectations. What frustrated me the most was the way the compensation was handled. At checkout, the staff told me they would refund half of my stay because of the issues we experienced. However, after checking out, I received no updates at all, and at this point I honestly do not know whether they will actually process the refund or not. Very disappointing stay and poor follow-up from management. I would not return.

Visited a few times. Love the place. Staff are wonderful and go out of their way to look after my kids. Could not be happier. Will be back
