The room (501) is very small, water and towels not changed regularly. They offered services such as bicycle hire which they did not provide. The tv was broken, we asked to have someone look at it properly and they never did, despite being told they would. For half the price you can get better serviced accommodation in Hoi an elsewhere, I can’t recommend this place.
Staff very friendly and helpful at any time. We stayed 3 nights amd they brought us new towels and bottle of water every days. The bed was very confortable, the AC was working perfect and if too much, there is fan as well. The room very clean, hot showe in the bathroom (just need to switch on the hot water button and wait about 10 min). Bicycles available for 30k per day which is cheap. There is massage at the place but we haven't tried it out.
Lovely clean rooms at this home stay, the family was so polite and gave us many recommendations. It’s also quite central so you can follow the river footpath all the way to Old Quarter. I also used their laundry service and it came back to me within a couple hours and smelt amazing. I’ll definitely be back 😊
The room was ok but the owner was inhospitality, he tried to force us to park the car on the sidewalk of the street, I asked if he would be responsible for anything that may happen to my car, he said NO. I requested to park my car in the yard and he refused many times although I found it has parking service... not only that, he asked me to leave our shoes outside and go upstairs barefoot which I've never seen in my entire life. Won't be back here again. So BAD!
Room to avoid. It is the worst room we had on our entire trip to Vietnam whether in terms of value for money, space or cleanliness! We arrived 30 minutes after check-in time and we were greeted by a lady who told us that the room was ready but that there was no water in the building, she invited us "for our own good" to book another hotel, we told her that if the water was repaired for tomorrow there was no problem for us, the lady insisted several times as if she didn't want us! After 10 minutes she told us ok but strangely the room was no longer available immediately we had to wait, so we had taken a taxi to come for nothing because we had to go back to town to eat while waiting for them to clean the room ... Once the "Standard Double" room was obtained, a wifi that worked very badly, mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, dust everywhere on the floor, and even lots of red ants on the last day! Besides there was no water problem at all... Not to mention that we had booked a room that was supposed to be 40 m2 and a view of the river to find ourselves in a 10m2 closet and a view of the roof. We are very disappointed with this reservation which looked very good in the photos and the description. The description is totally misleading about the space, cleanliness and equipment
