I stayed at Anmira Hoi An Resort for three nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with small changes to the menu each day to keep things interesting. The food was decent overall. One convenient feature was the electric shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient Town, although the schedule was fixed and not very flexible. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom was too small, and the view from our room’s window was quite disappointing. The kids’ playroom also felt rather run-down, and the carpet was dirty, which was not ideal for a family-friendly resort. Overall, Anmira Hoi An Resort offers a comfortable stay with friendly service, a nice swimming pool, and good breakfast options. With some improvements to the bathroom space, room views, and kids’ facilities, the resort could provide a much better experience, especially for families with young children.

We stayed here 3 nights, our second time in Hoi An. Service staff are all attentive and responsive especially Trung and David who are very helpful. They have scheduled complementary shuttles to the nearby Old Town which is a convenience. The resort is not too big, just at a nice size. All amenities are good. Grilled salmon from LAM Kitchen is scrumptios and the make good coffee.
We had a fantastic stay during our time in Hoi An. The resort strikes the perfect balance between a peaceful, relaxing getaway and easy accessibility to the town's main attractions. The location is ideal—positioned just far enough from the bustle of the Ancient Town to offer a serene atmosphere, but close enough that a 5-to-10-minute taxi ride or leisurely bicycle trip gets you right into the heart of the historic lantern-lit streets and vibrant night markets. Our room was remarkably spacious. The layout offered plenty of breathing room, we have a dining area and a bedroom, featuring a high ceiling, a small sitting area, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed with modern fixtures.
The resort is nice, and most of the restaurant staff have been friendly and accommodating. However, there is one staff member whose behavior has been consistently unpleasant during my stay. I have been staying here for almost a month, and I’ve noticed several occasions where he approaches guests and students in a rude or impolite manner. Today, he finally tested my patience. My friends and I entered through the kitchen door because it was the closest entrance from the gym. We were only informed today that guests are not allowed to use that entrance. That was completely fine, but instead of approaching us politely, he immediately said, “Hey, you can’t enter through that door,” in a harsh and unwelcoming tone. He may have simply been following management’s instructions, but there is always a respectful way to communicate with guests. He could have waited until we were seated or spoken to us in a more courteous manner. I’ve also noticed him shouting at students on several occasions. While I understand that the students can sometimes be noisy or difficult to manage, I believe they should still be treated with respect. Being firm is understandable, but being rude is unnecessary. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience at this resort, but I hope management can address this issue and remind staff that professionalism includes treating every guest with courtesy and respect.
During our trip to Hoi an we stayed at Anmira resort and it was phenomenal. We were warmly welcomed by Annie who spoke very well and offered amazing recommendations around town. The rooms were lovely as well as buffet breakfast and ammenities such as the pool and the gym. It is conveniently close to town as well! Thank you Anmira for the wonderful stay in Hoi An!
