Anantara Hoi An Resort

Great location withing walking distance to the old town. Bicycle rental was complimentary and the ride along the river was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and meals at riverside and art space were delicious! Yoga by the pool in the morning was a highlight! The instructor accomodated my 4 yr old son and even engaged him throughout the 1 hr class. Thank you! We did lantern making with my son which was much less involved than we expected. We didnt get to choose any material and it only involved pasting silk onto the already made frame. The kids’ club, which was essentially just a small room, was not well managed. When I arrived, a staff member asked me to fill in a registration form, but I noticed that forms completed by other guests, containing their personal details, were left openly around the room. This raised concerns about privacy and how guest information was being handled. More importantly, there was no staff member actively manning the room. While I was there with my own child, another guest left their 4- and 6-year-old children there alone. I was unsure who was actually responsible for supervising the children and ensuring their safety in the absence of any staff. My child did enjoy the climbing structure though and went to climb everyday. For a facility intended for children, I would expect much better supervision, clearer responsibility, and proper handling of guests’ personal information.

Our stay at Anantara Hoi A Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality that made us feel at home. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The resort is beautiful, with spacious rooms, excellent amenities and a peaceful riverside setting just a short walk from Hoi An Ancient Town. The food was outstanding throughout, especially the breakfast spread and the ART SPACE restaurant. Truly flavourful food! The sunset cruise on the Thu Bon River was a highlight, offering a beautiful way to experience Hoi An, while the traditional lantern-making workshop added a wonderful cultural touch to our stay. A special thank you to Anh Ngo (VA) for curating such a wonderful itinerary and ensuring every detail was thoughtfully planned. We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Hoi An. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Ancient Town, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a lovely swimming pool, and excellent restaurants where we enjoyed several delicious meals. What made our stay truly special, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We would especially like to thank the team at the hotel entrance. Although they greeted us with a smile every single time we left or returned to the hotel. They were always kind, attentive, and happy to recommend attractions and activities, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a lasting impression on us and turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Anantara Hoi An and would be delighted to stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Anantara, Phong and Ngoc were extremely helpful and welcoming during our whole stay. Easy walk into town and a great resort to stay at. Only downside during our trip was that there were quite a few loud children in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and there is happy hour two for one drinks from 2pm which was perfect! The river side room was big and very well decorated. Would happily visit again.
