We had the most wonderful stay at Almanity. We booked 2 rooms - ‘My Mind’ (Superior Town) for us, and ‘My Spirit’ (Loft Room) for young adult son. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of Asian and Western options. Pool area was beautiful. An easy walk into the old town (cross the road, down an alley and into the start of the old town). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us a recommendation for a local tailor (fabulous!).

Outstanding place ! Reserved at last minutes and it was my flash on. For the price, I think it is very very very hard to find better ! To not that you will have additional fee along your stay for the restaurants, spa's activity and few others, but everything was way worth it's price always. The place is lovely, well place, very calm, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the pool is outstanding ( i came start of September, it was fairly quiet ) Overall an AMAZING experience for me, the only bad side is when you have to leave. I strongly recommend to my experience.
Came here as an emergency since my air bnb was not a prime choice. We were on the street at 4:00 in the morning from a bus but this hotel could take us in. They have plenty of rooms we stay in city view toom this room was spacous! Have space to put both big luggages. On time and good assistance house keeping. What I love was their breakfast buffet - very good from western to asian. I love the DIY BANH MI station. I made a better banhmi than any branded one in Hoi an. They also let us borrow their bike to explore the city for free 10/10.
1/5 – Pure Delusion. Avoid at All Costs! Let’s be fair: the staff was great. But great service cannot save a fundamentally awful property. We trapped ourselves here for 4 nights, and it was a complete nightmare. Definitely NOT a 5- star hotel. We booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, but the room wasn't ready. We were greeted with a microscopic bathroom, Poor cleaning, cheap furniture covered in scratches, the cheapest shampoo and soap available, and exactly 2 towels that looked like they had been washed a million times. Our promised "city view" was a view of absolute nothing. To make it worse, they refused to give us extra beds unless we paid extra. Their actual 5-star solution was for all 5 of us to share a single King bed. Ridiculous. We begged to leave, but they refused to refund our 4 nights. Instead, they "upgraded" us to a room permanently locked at 16 degrees (a literal freezer) with a window facing a massive, deafening grid of AC engines. The pool water looked visibly dirty, and the spa massages were low-quality. But the absolute peak of pure stupidity was their layout: they placed the loud kids' playroom inside the quiet spa area, and then spent the whole time shushing the kids. Mind- boggling. We only stayed so they wouldn't steal our money. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. I would never recommend on you ! You should’ve let us go.
Rooms are clean, staff is so helpful. The air conditioning works, it just might not be precisely the temperature you set it to, but there’s a ceiling fan as well in case the air conditioning is having a hard time, which only happened to me one night and it wasn’t bad. The breakfast has a pho bar as well as an omelet station and plenty of other options too. The staff was so helpful and kind whenever I had questions. They offer money exchange as well and the fee was so small. Honestly I think it was better to exchange money here than at the airport. And, if you happen to get hurt or sick, it’s directly across the street from an international hospital. It’s also an easy and safe walk to the fabric shops, like 10 minute walk. About 15 min walk to the lantern boat rides, which were all great to view in the evenings.
