Our stay coincided with Vietnamese Women’s Day, making it all the more fitting to celebrate the phenomenal women at the front desk. They deserve every bit of praise for the genuine grace with which they welcome every guest through the doors. One team member went above and beyond to help us map out our city tour, sharing her personal, insider recommendations for the best local tailors, hidden cafes, standout restaurants, and market stalls. Her guidance transformed our itinerary from a standard tourist checklist into an authentic, memorable experience. My stay at the Allegro Hoian with my family has been perfect. The Hotel has provided me and my family a safe friendly enviroment. The facilities at the Hotel have been of 5 star status. Our Host Sophie and Nancy have always greeted us with a warm welcome and always there to assist all our questions and needs. Sophie was always easy to understand very friendly and most importantly very professional. I cannot thank Sophie enough for making me and my families stay at Allegro just amazing. What a wonderful experience staying at Allegro Hoi An! It's truly the fine touches that set this place apart. The staff are exceptional-warm, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond for their guests. They even took note of my birthday and surprised me with a lovely gesture at breakfast, which made my day so special. A special thank you to Sophie for her incredible hospitality! Despite the rain throughout our 4-night stay, the entire experience was wonderful, starting with the amazing reception team. Whilst we didn’t use much of the facilities eg pool due to the weather I still highly recommend Allegro to anyone visiting Hoi An! We will be back again in dryer weather. We had a wonderful stay at Allegro Hoi An. I chose this hotel because I wanted a hotel that’s both within easy walking distance to the ancient city, and has frequent shuttle service to A Bang Beach. Allegro delivered both plus more! The staff at the hotel is amazing. They took care of everything from making dinner reservations, delivering wine glasses, arranging airport transfers, and even rescuing us when we were out on our walk but got stranded in the rain without our umbrellas or wallets! This hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and clean, the swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast is wonderful. I especially love the salad bar with its huge selection of international salads… shrimp and avocado, seaweed and sesame, green mango, prosciutto and burrata, seafood salad, and many other salads. Hoi An is a great city, we would love to come back, and if we do, we will definitely stay at Allegro Hoi An again!
