Amazing location and the staff are friendly, the breakfast is average at best, if you do decide to stay here please don’t stay on the 11th floor as the swimming pool is above you and the sound of the water all night is quite annoying, also the afternoon high tea is non existent. BUT, all in all, clean rooms, friendly staff and great location! Would stay again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Winsuites Saigon Hotel. The location is fantastic — very central and an easy base for getting around and exploring Saigon. Our room was comfortable and, considering how busy and central the area is, relatively quiet. The only small downside was that the blinds didn’t close completely, so a little light came into the room, but it certainly didn’t take away from our stay. The service throughout the hotel was amazing. We especially enjoyed the Sky Bar and lounge upstairs — a lovely place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh food each morning. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in a brilliant location. We would definitely recommend Winsuites Saigon Hotel and would happily stay again.
My wife and I stayed 4 days at winsuites hotel Saigon in district 1 and we can not fully recommend this hotel at this price point $114.00 usd. Arrival was good lobby is nice and staff was professional and friendly. However the room 703 was a major problem, with what appears to be mold growing on the shower blind, the many levels of the wet room floor caused many times to stub toes. The bed is super hard and no drawer space is nonexistent. The room looks amazing but function was a big problem. The morning breakfast was ok and we mostly enjoyed. The pool is small and cloudy water. The roof top bar was cute but not competitive to other bars in the area. The best point of the stay here is Location Location.
The hotel and rooms are clean. The location is great. The breakfast is pretty good, especially the soup and noodles they serve. The only problem is the sound insulation of the rooms. It's very thin and you can easily hear the unit above you, especially during cleaning and construction.
Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were kind and hospitable, the food was good, and the price was totally worth it with breakfast and afternoon tea included ☕️✨ The location is right in the city center, making everything walkable and easy to explore. It’s also close to my favorite café, Ca Phe Linh, which added to the chill, relaxed vibe. The only downside was the pool—it didn’t look clean enough for a swim, so I skipped it. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Still, a really lovely experience overall 🌿
