If you are searching for an authentic Hyatt experience in Saigon, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere, as this property seems to view standard hospitality as a mere suggestion. The management proudly flaunts their association with the Hyatt portfolio, yet whenever faced with their glaring inadequacies, the staff eagerly falls back on the tired excuse that they are "only eight months into the group." An eight-month learning curve is frankly an insulting justification for failing to meet the bare minimum expectations of a functioning hotel. To call the accommodations small would be a profound understatement. The room is so suffocatingly cramped that even a solo traveler will struggle to navigate the space without claustrophobia. Compounding the misery of this tiny box is an air conditioning unit that utterly refuses to function as intended, leaving the room stagnant and uncomfortable regardless of how you adjust it. The restroom situation, however, elevates the experience from merely unpleasant to actively hostile. Completely devoid of any ventilation, it successfully mimics the ambiance of solitary confinement. The architectural layout is bafflingly incompetent—the door swings directly into the closet, forcing guests to perform an awkward physical maneuver just to bypass it and reach the rest of the bathroom. Furthermore, interacting with the plumbing is a genuine hazard; the hardware is so loosely and haphazardly attached that the fixtures will quite literally fall on you while you are trying to use them. One might hope that the service would compensate for the dismal hard product, but the staff is the crowning disappointment of this establishment. They are undeniably rude and operate entirely by their own arbitrary rules, with absolutely zero regard for standard Hyatt protocols. Guests are treated with a palpable lack of respect, viewed as nothing more than transactional burdens to be processed as quickly as possible. Save your money and your dignity, and book a hotel that actually understands the industry they are trying to operate in.

Wonderful bar team – a highlight of my stay at Wink! The bar at Wink Hotel Saigon Centre was one of the highlights of my stay, and the wonderful team deserves much of the credit. It’s a lovely place to unwind, but the people are what make it truly special. A big thank you to Hana, Bobby, Bao, Nhu, Quyen, Vi and Steven for making me feel so welcome. Their friendly smiles, attentive service and genuine warmth made spending time at the bar a real pleasure. They struck just the right balance between being professional and making you feel completely at home. What I appreciated most was that the hospitality felt natural and sincere. This team deserves recognition for the care they put into looking after their guests. Thank you all for making my time at Wink even more enjoyable. I’d happily return!
I had a great stay here! The hotel is very clean, modern, and in a fantastic location close to the city center, making it easy to explore many attractions on foot. One feature I especially appreciated was the flexible 24-hour stay policy. Your checkout time is based on your actual check-in time, so if you check in at 8 PM, you can stay until 8 PM the next day. This is incredibly convenient and much more guest-friendly than the standard fixed checkout time. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and everything felt well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
1. 16sq. mtr room is marketed and sold as a 20sq.mtr room. Its basically a glorified/polished container box. There is no space even to unpack/open your luggage. This is outright fraud and cheating. 2. Air conditioning is very poor. Despite such a small room size, it takes nearly an hour for the room to reach the set temperature even if you open the door even once. The staff too has confirmed the same that it takes 30min to 1hour to reach the desired cooling after closing the room doors. 3. Air conditioning break downs frequently. We had booked 17 rooms for our a group of 34 people. 3 to 4 had broken AC. One of them shifted in the middle of the night to a new room. On complaining the first time, the engineer came and fixed the filter. However the staff blamed us for keeping the door open. On complaining again, I was assured that the staff if coming only to realize that they were lying. Had to go physically to the reception and get the room changed. They were hoping that I would sleep with the broken AC instead of taking the pain to come down to the reception. On top of that the windows don't open. You don't have any ventilation as well. 3. The doors and walls are very thin. You can hear every door closing and even the slightest noise/conversation from nearby rooms. 4. The staff is very cold and unhelpful. Despite acknowledging the known problem about the AC they try to blame the guest for keeping the doors open. How is the guest supposed to breathe with no AC and no ventilation? If you are frustrated and get angry at the staff, they threaten you to throw you out of the hotel in the middle of the night by calling the police. 5. The windows are completely transparent. The nearby bldg people can peep in to your rooms anytime and hence the curtains need to be kept drawn all the time. 6. I am vegetarian so didn't find much options in breakfast. There were some fruits but they would get finished fast and then not refilled even during valid breakfast hours. When I checked reviews of this hotel after facing the above problems, multiple guests have reported the same issues.
Great stay at Wink Saigon Centre Hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day out. The hotel has a modern feel and everything was well-maintained. Shout out to Trinh for the excellent service very friendly, professional. She made check-in smooth and was always helpful with any questions, going the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. Really made the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.
