Outstanding Hotel, outstanding service. Everything from the welcome on arrival, to the rooms, to the friendly service, 5 stars is not enough. I stayed with my husband and we were truly impressed. I was assisted to book my hair appointment, book cars for travel, assistance with organising a wonderful night out. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful, we will be back!

Next time I’m in HCMC, honestly don’t see myself staying anywhere else. Absolutely loved the river-view room here. The location is hard to beat, the famous Coffee Apartment is literally next door, and most of the main sights in the city are within a 20-min walk. The service was so good that it honestly raised the bar for the rest of my trip. After staying here, a lot of the other hotels I stayed at in Vietnam just didn’t feel quite as good in comparison. Absolutely loved this hotel and would come back without hesitation.

Luxuriously, if ostentatiously, fitted out with copious quality marble and furnishings. 10 years old but aging well bar almost imperceptible wear and tear. Great views over the city or the river. Our room was large, well equipped and comfortable but smelt musty and on initially raising this, the front desk alluded to the ambient humidity and offered diffusers and a dehumidifier. It was only on probing that we were, albeit graciously, offered another room, which did not have the same issues. Nevertheless we stayed twice. Staff were generally polite, discrete rather than obsequious. They never remembered your name or acknowledged the return visit (except when we mentioned it)-whilst not a deal breaker, it was a little surprising given the level that hotel this positions itself at. The main entrance is beautiful but tucked away and hardly used. They do not always open your car door if you enter through the side entrance, despite being well staffed. Again whilst not essential, it is a notable omission when the street side passenger door of many Vietnamese taxis have the child lock activated and can’t be opened from inside, leaving you to scoot ‘gracefully’ across the back seat. Service otherwise generally as you’d expect at this end of the market-turn down service, copious bottled water and minibar restocking, on demand maid service, rapid delivery of requested items eg sewing kit. Location is central, within immediate walking distance (if you can brave the traffic) of attractions, malls and restaurants. There are several ways to enter and exit the hotel, which is convenient but can be confusing. Well equipped and spacious gym, lovely pool and steam/sauna facilities

Beautiful hotel, super friendly service, would not hesitate to return! Thank you especially to the staff in the executive lounge. Peaceful and very tasty breakfast every morning. Location is great and plenty of stuff walking distance. Housekeeping staff also did an excellent job and always kept the room perfect.
