What a place! Right in the middle of all the action so if this you then you need to stay at The Reverie. We stayed three times over a three week period and each stay was top shelf. Staff are amazing, breakfast buffet/a la carte is to die for and the residential apartments are terrific with everything one needs to for apartment living. I’d love to mention individual names but my memory is shocking however each interaction that was had was perfect, polite, professional, friendly and warm; thank you to you all ❤️

celebrated our honeymoon and all the staff made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond and were all super helpful. Highly recommend
I simply love this place. To be honest , i once thought Venetian in Las Vegas was great until now. All the staffs were lovely and friendly. Breakfast buffet was the best i had in ages. The restaurent staffs were excellent. The room deco was so nice. I love the massive clock in the lobby. In short i love everything about this hotel. We will come back next time we are in town.
Here’s a polished version of your review: ⸻ I had a wonderful experience with this hotel’s service team. They were extremely helpful and assisted me in cancelling a booking that had an issue with the currency exchange rate. Both the reception agents and the reservation staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Their support made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service, and I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel in the future.
The Reveria Saigon may look stunning at first glance, and it’s easy to see why The Leading Hotels of the World might have chosen it for its design. But beyond the beautiful facade, the reality is extremely disappointing. The property is poorly maintained, the rooms are unkempt and dirty, and the service is shockingly petty — it constantly felt like they were trying to squeeze every last dollar out of us instead of providing genuine hospitality. We’ve stayed at many five-star hotels and almost always give 4 or 5 stars, but this was by far our worst experience at a five-star property, actually the first time we’ve ever felt compelled to give such a low rating. The potential is there, but the lack of cleanliness, poor upkeep, and profit-over-guest mentality make it completely unworthy of the five-star label. Beautiful design alone doesn’t make a luxury experience.
