As you can see, pictures online do not depict how it actually looks. This is such a horrible case of misrepresentation and they are not willing to compensate you. Please do not stay here ever listing also says opened in 2025, but this is such an old building + you are not renting from management, you are renting from the owners instead.
Don’t be fooled by the online photos. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for one night and definitely would not have wanted to stay any longer. The whole complex felt old, damp, and poorly maintained, bedrooms were disappointingly small. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out of due to its depth, and it was very slippery, which felt unsafe. Our stay got off to a frustrating start at check-in, where there seemed to be a lack of communication between reception staff and the landlord. Unfortunately, the reception team offered little assistance in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing. The location is also not very central to any major attractions, aside the Japanese nightlife district in Vietnam across the road. For that reason, I wouldn’t consider it an ideal choice for families with underage children.
Aging, dismal and disappointing. Pictures of the rooms on Agoda are a blatant misrepresentation, I would not stay here again. *** EDIT *** Some of the older rooms are featured on agoda and at least they tried to be accommodating in switching my room.
I stayed in room 805, 8th floor. The room was decent in size with basic amenities, but the bed was quite old and uncomfortable — the springs could be felt while sleeping. Breakfast was limited, served as a set meal, and seemed to be sourced from a nearby restaurant. Improving these areas would enhance the overall stay.
*update* the owner’s account has been suspended from VRBO and Expedia… however I’m still out 1300 dollars due their lack of ethics… Been on the phone for 7 hours with VRBO and Expedia trying to get money from these crooks. Place is abysmal and filthy. Nothing like the photos online. Half the room flooded from the washing machine and as you walk on the floors, water seeps through the floor boards and black mold is everywhere underneath. Tub is just the thrown into a walk in shower and rocks back and forth when you’re inside. Called customer service and reported a health and safety concern. Host ghosted my conversation with them and refused to refund for the nights that we won’t be here. I opted to leave and get another hotel that will be safer for my family. Both customer service and hotel staff were extremely unhelpful. The place is disgusting, business practices are unethical and dishonest. We literally had to lift our elder guests into the tub since it was so unstable and high. All the photos are extremely misleading and I’m just appalled with the lack of Maintenence to this place. After refusing to refund me they decided to tell cleaners to come and say to clean the room since the booking has been cancelled. I’m sorry but if they think about double booking and keeping my money that’s going to be a bigger issue. Then they refuse to do any refunds and blame me for breaking the washing machine. This company is complete waste of time and most unethical business practices I have ever seen.
