Excellent hotel ! Clean room and well equipped like service apartment. Microwave and big refrigerator also laundry machine. Large water gallon is impressive. Comfortable bed. Shower are strong. Breakfast are good and varieties also local specialties. Staffs are really nice and helpful. Location are closed to the convention center. Enjoy!

Somerset HCM was again a great hotel with serviced apartments. The ease and flow of checkin was made easy by the staff who knew what they were doing. The pool was fantastic and the lifeguard on duty was always friendly. Special mention to Vivian on the front desk. She made our checkin process so easy. Another Vietnamese person whose English just flowed and was super keen to ensure our stay way was second to none.

Oh we had the most wonderful stay here and wish we were able to stay longer. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and was spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed in case we wanted to have a meal at home, and it was super convenient to have a K-Market downstairs right outside the lobby. We had a washer and dryer so it was a perfect 'last stop' before we flew home, so we weren't coming home with suitcases of dirty laundry. The pool was lovely and clean, and the perfect depth for families with young children - my 7yo could swim without me needing to jump in too. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely lady who checked us in who was very helpful with her advice and saved me money. Despite being in Tan Dinh Ward, it was soooo serene and quiet, it really felt 'resorty'. Thank you again and we are so happy to have discovered Somerset as we will be staying here next time we return, and will spend longer in Saigon in future!

Highly recommend Somerset HCM City. Our 3BR executive apartment was very spacious & had 2 full bathrooms & 1 toilet & a simple shower hose in the yard next to the kitchen. The apartment is beautifully decorated & furnished. The air-cons, washer-cum-dryer worked well, the beds & duvets were comfortable. Really appreciate the little details like the provision of drinking water, laundry detergent, non-slip mats in both bathrooms, hand soaps, dish washing liquids, kitchen towels, slippers, provision of one card-key for every guest etc. We were not disturbed by the traffic noise from our apartment on the 6th floor. The apartment was very clean & there is daily housekeeping (but you can be rewarded with ASR points if you do not need daily housekeeping.) The gym was also decent enough for a good workout. There is very strong nice coffee & other yummy drinks at the ground floor. All staff were helpful & friendly, responded quickly to our needs. Location is in District one, central enough. There is also a free daily shuttle bus that leaves at 9am for different locations on different days of the week eg Ben Thanh market, Vincom, Thiso Mall. But you need to book your seats the night before, as the shuttle bus is not big. The only issues are 1) We would have preferred shower cubicles in both bathrooms. (The shower in the master bathroom is inside the bathtub & for the not-so-young, it may be more challenging to step in & out from the bathtub.) 2) Ceiling fans in all bedrooms would have been great. (Only the sitting room has a ceiling fan.) Will return without hesitation. Will bring swimming costumes to try out the pool the next time.
