The high tea and breakfast were really good, with a decent variety of choices. The coffee was good too! I really loved the cosy and quiet environment. It’s such a nice place to sit, relax and enjoy your food and coffee without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and the service was good throughout our stay. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience here and would definitely consider coming back again.
The Barkeeper from 18.7 is the best. His drinks tasted best and he had very nice conversation with us. The hotel ist also very good. Very friendly staff. very nice rooms. Only thing is I would not recommend breakfast for vegans. But everything else was very nice
😊 I had an amazing stay with my friend at Silverland Yen Hotel! The location is perfect, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, the Independence Palace, the War Remnants Museum, and so many great restaurants and cafés, more local vibes, and making it an ideal base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City especially if it’s your first time visiting Vietnam 🇻🇳! I do love the welcome delicacies and drinks.❤️ The staff were truly exceptional. HARRY that’s his name, every time we go up to the roof top pool for happy hour he just gave us warm , relaxing and wonderful service! Honestly, Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I checked in until I left. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, which was the perfect escape after a busy day in the city. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the complimentary afternoon tea was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic places to relax while enjoying the city views. Overall, Silverland Yen Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, wonderful amenities, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!
It’s a wonderful hotel. The location is excellent — close to Independence House and the War Museums, and surrounded by markets, restaurants, and lively pubs. The staff are extremely friendly and clearly committed to providing a high level of customer service. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all working amenities. Breakfast was very varied and absolutely delicious. In the afternoons, they offer a tea service where you can sample a selection of local delicacies. I truly enjoyed my stay here — thank you so much!
Great stay at Silverland Yen Hotel in Saigon! The location is excellent, and the staff are unbelievably friendly and always helpful — they really make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The lobby is beautiful, and the whole place has a very calm, boutique feel. Breakfast was very good, with enough variety for a boutique hotel. The airport pick-up was perfectly organized and free of charge — you just need to inform them in advance whether you need pick-up or drop-off, which is very convenient. The rooftop area with a swimming pool is lovely, with a nice view — it really feels like a small oasis in the middle of the city. Regarding the rooms: we booked two Executive Deluxe rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors. I expected a bit more from the interior, as it felt slightly outdated. However, everything was clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable — we slept very well. Overall, this hotel is not just about the rooms — it’s about the atmosphere and the experience they create. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. You wake up, take a quick shower, enjoy breakfast, and then step straight into the vibrant Vietnamese world outside. I would definitely stay here again.
