An Exceptional Stay at Silverland Ben Thanh – Outstanding Hospitality! We stayed at Silverland Ben Thanh during a 23-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh City, and our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Our journey got off to an unexpected start when our flight was diverted to Da Nang due to weather conditions. We had arranged airport transportation through the hotel, and the hotel representative contacted me while I was still on the plane to check on our arrival status. Despite the unexpected delay of almost three hours, he patiently waited for us until we arrived safely at Ho Chi Minh City airport. That level of care and understanding meant so much to us after such an exhausting journey. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Alice at the front desk for her wonderful assistance, and to Calvin, who kindly recommended a Michelin-recognized pho restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. His recommendation was a great way for us to experience some delicious Vietnamese food despite our limited time in the city. The hospitality continued the following morning, from breakfast through afternoon tea. Every member of the service team was attentive and welcoming, and the F&B Manager also helped make our experience memorable. Since we had limited time to explore Vietnam, we especially appreciated how accommodating the hotel was. They securely kept our luggage while we went sightseeing, welcomed us back for afternoon tea, and even allowed us to freshen up with a shower at the spa floor before heading to the airport for our next flight. These thoughtful gestures made our short visit so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Another lovely detail was when my sister accidentally needed to sew a button back onto her jeans. The hotel team kindly provided everything she needed to fix it. It might seem like a small thing, but these little acts of kindness really show how much the staff care about their guests. Our room was also neat, clean, and comfortable. Overall, what made this stay truly special was not just the hotel itself, but the genuine hospitality, flexibility, and attention to detail shown by the entire team. Thank you, Silverland Ben Thanh, for making our short stay in Vietnam such a wonderful memory. We are truly grateful to Alice, Calvin, the F&B Manager, and every staff member who made us feel so well taken care of. We would absolutely love to return to this property on our next visit to Vietnam. My husband and I had a great time in Silverland Ben Thanh. Team: all staff are really warm, friendly, genuinely helpful. We can’t mention a name as everyone deserves that shout. We had been welcomed with a beautiful flower bouquet on arrival (as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary), and got a nice bottle of wine in room. Room and service: Our room was nice, clean and comfortable- with a beautiful view to the busy streets- not noisy at all though. Restaurant/ Bar: reasonable breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the free afternoon tea with lovely live music- particularly, playing western songs with Vietnamese authentic musical instruments. Location - exceptionally accessible everywhere. It’s just right next to Ben Tanh market- perfect for souvenir shopping, Just walking distance to highly rated restaurant and city historic and seeing attractions. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Again – A Hotel That Truly Feels Like Home This was our second stay at Silverland Ben Thanh, having first stayed here last year. Our previous visit was exceptional, which is exactly why we chose to return—and once again, the hotel has been wonderful. The service has been outstanding from the moment we checked in until our checkout today. Everyone has made us feel genuinely welcome, but we would particularly like to give a big shout-out to Travis, one of the restaurant managers. He recognised us from last year, and we remembered him too. It was lovely catching up with him, and throughout our stay he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and looked after. What happened on the morning of our checkout sums up the warmth of this hotel. Travis invited us to join the afternoon tea and told us, “No, this is your home. Even if you’ve checked out, come and rest here, because this is your home. We are family.” That warmth and genuine hospitality are exactly what make Silverland Ben Thanh so special—and why we came back for a second visit. It is much more than simply a hotel; it is somewhere that truly makes its guests feel at home. We will remember this stay very fondly and would happily return again.

We had a good 3 days and 2 nights at this Silverland Ben Thanh hotel. Rooms seems to be newly renovated that has a Hobbiton vibes with all the rounded doors and all. Very cozy and very convenient for shopping all around. Food at are just conveniently located at the Malaysian street. Halal food are abundance. Thanks to the Staff Nikita at the front counter and the birthday drink 🍸. Thank you.
