⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Memorable 10th Anniversary Stay Whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City, I always make a point of staying at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, and this stay reminded me once again why I keep coming back. This visit was particularly special for us, as my wife and I are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed for just one night in Ho Chi Minh City before continuing our anniversary journey to the Maldives, but the Sheraton team made even this short stay truly memorable. We were very grateful for the wonderful room upgrade and the beautiful anniversary surprise prepared for us. The swan towel decoration, rose petals, anniversary message, and sweet treats were incredibly thoughtful touches. Walking into the room and seeing everything they had prepared was such a lovely moment for our family. I would especially like to recognize My Nguyen, who assisted us during check-in. She was exceptionally warm, kind, enthusiastic, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, her genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as returning guests. She made an already special occasion feel even more special, and I sincerely appreciate her wonderful service. This was one of the warmest welcomes we have experienced, and a perfect beginning to our 10th anniversary journey. Thank you, My Nguyen, and the entire Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel team for creating such a wonderful memory for our family. Although we could stay for only one night this time, we will certainly return to Sheraton again the next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality. See you again!

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service provided by the Sheraton team in Vietnam. My family member stayed at the hotel for a business trip from August 3 to August 7, 2026. Between August 6 and August 7, I was in Taiwan and unable to reach him, which caused immense worry about his safety. On the morning of August 7 at around 8:20 AM, I called the front desk for help. The female staff member who answered was incredibly warm, helpful, and efficient. She quickly checked the guest list and helped me get in touch with my family member, giving me instant peace of mind. Thank you so much to that wonderful lady at the front desk for her kindness, empathy, and professional assistance.❤️
I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast is varied and delicious, it can satisfy any taste in this world. The food in the cafe at the entrance is delicious and can be a great choice to take into consideration when not eating outside. The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of the city and close to everything. It’s a five stars hotel, and it honors this category, but it would not be like this if it were not because of its amazing staff. Loi Pham, the assistant manager at the Saigon Cafe greeted us with a smile every day and made sure we had the best breakfast. Ms. Phung, the guest service manager treated us like home, she is a great asset to the hotel. Tien Tran, assistant manager for food and beverage, made our stay unforgettable, she made sure we were helped at all times. One of the most valuable employees in the hotel, was on top of everything. Last, but not least Mr. Ivan Barone, the executive chef, who was so kind to come and meet us and made sure we were enjoying our breakfast. In general, the whole staff is what makes this place a most in the city.
The Ultimate Business Hub with a 12/10 Location A five-day business residency at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel confirms its status as a premier choice for professionals in Ho Chi Minh City. The property excels in delivering a seamless blend of luxury and functionality. The guest rooms and facilities are impeccably designed, providing an impressive environment for both work and relaxation. A standout feature is the housekeeping service; the attention to detail is exceptional, with a level of cleanliness that is consistently thorough and professional. The culinary program offers a high-quality experience, though with room for minor refinement. The breakfast buffet is solid, with the Pho corner serving as the clear highlight for its authenticity. However, for a hotel of this prestige, a broader variety of options would elevate the morning experience to a true “wow” level. During large-scale international events, the lunch service can become quite bustling, which is a testament to the hotel’s popularity but can occasionally impact the tranquility of the dining space. The location is undeniably the hotel’s greatest asset—a definitive 12/10. Positioned in the absolute heart of the city’s premier shopping, dining, and cafe district, the convenience is unparalleled. For those prioritizing wellness, the gym facilities are excellent and well-maintained. Overall, the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera delivers a high-caliber experience that warrants a return visit. It is a property that can be recommended with absolute confidence to any business or luxury traveler.
I recently attended a conference at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, and the venue itself was exceptional. The event spaces are modern, well-equipped, and perfectly managed. The staff was incredibly professional, the audiovisual setup was flawless, and the overall ambiance made for a highly successful and comfortable conference experience. The location in the heart of Saigon is also unbeatable. However, there is one major area where the hotel fell short: the culinary options for Indian guests. During the event, the selection was extremely limited, and at times, there was virtually no food suitable for people of Indian authenticity or dietary preferences (such as proper vegetarian or authentic Indian flavors). For an international grand hotel hosting global conferences, catering to diverse cultural backgrounds is essential. If you are hosting or attending an event here, the logistics, service, and rooms are top-tier. But if you have a significant number of Indian attendees, I highly recommend coordinating with the banquet team well in advance to ensure proper catering, as the standard options are lacking.
