Ruby Hotel

An affordable hotel near Ben Thanh Market. You enter through a travel agency, passing by staff members to reach the reception. If you tell the security guard outside that you’re going to Ruby Hotel, they will guide you to the desk. Passing through unrelated businesses to reach your destination is common in Vietnam. It might surprise first-timers, but that’s part of the Saigon experience! The room was clean, surprisingly spacious, and very comfortable. With good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi, it’s a great setup for getting work done. Breakfast is available on-site for a cheap extra fee if requested the day before. While there’s plenty of local food nearby, dining alongside the building's employees is a fun experience in itself—and the food was delicious! The staff constantly went above and beyond, offering thoughtful help and suggestions. Excellent service for such a budget-friendly place. The security guard at the entrance was especially memorable. He remembered my face right away and warmly welcomed me back like family every time I returned, which made me feel very safe. It's a wonderful hotel that truly cares about its guests, rather than relying solely on its tourist-friendly location.

November 23, 2025, Room 802. The hotel room was small, and the housekeeping staff didn't change the bath towels and face towels. They took used towels from the basket and put them back on the shelf (I know this because I marked them with a pen). They only provided two 500ml bottles /day for 2 guests.The Wi-Fi was always weak and intermittent

I held no expectations or reality of this hotel prior to my arrival. I stayed here with my family and had 3 rooms. The staff are professional. My stay was very comfortable with how their service was. The location is great because you’re next to a circle k, and Ben Thanh Market. It’s also very flat and walkable to Bui Vien. I recommend to anyone that they should stay here 5/5.

Clean & spacious room with comfortable bed & large windows. The room & bathroom has all the basic amenities you need. Staff was very helpful, they checked with us about our arrival time and gave us an early check in around 10 am. Hotel is very close to Ben Thanh market and is walking distance to most of the attractions. So many cafés and restaurants near by. We had a wonderful stay at Ruby hotel and would definitely recommend.
