We had an excellent stay at Pullman Saigon Centre, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Each of you went above and beyond with your kindness, attention to detail and outstanding service. Your effort did not go unnoticed, and you are a real credit to the Pullman team. A special mention to Tài, whose excellent English communication made a big difference during our stay and helped us greatly whenever we needed assistance. Beyond that, his hard work, professionalism, and strong attention to detail were outstanding. He was always attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful, and his service went well beyond what we expected. The level of hospitality was exceptional and certainly beyond what we expected. Because of the wonderful service we received, we would be very happy to stay at Pullman Saigon Centre again and recommend it to others visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Incredible service and hospitality from start to finish for our recent 10 day stay in Saigon. Our father’s first trip since his stroke, and he required wheelchair access, which we were very concerned about. But from the moment we arrived we were assisted above and beyond every step of the way. Reception staff, concierge and our breakfast crew were amazing and so hospitable. My husband and I have been staying at the hotel with luxury escapes tour company, we had our first buffet breakfast there today and it was amazing. We both were blown away by all the food choices that were available. We also went to the seafood buffet for dinner and it was absolutely outstanding. The staff that looked after us were really friendly and helpful, thank you to Thu, Trinh, Xuan, Hoan, Liam, Thien, you were all wonderful, very kind and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel the staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble for them very helpful and make you feel at home.
We had a fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. We were delighted to have our room upgraded to a Deluxe Corner Room since we are an accor ple member, which had a fantastic view of Ho Chi Minh City. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and made our stay even more memorable. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. My son is quite a picky eater, so we were pleasantly surprised to see how much he enjoyed the Vietnamese food! 😊 That definitely made our dining experience even more special. The staff were all very friendly, warm, and accommodating. A special mention to B. Kha, Vy, and Thi, who took such wonderful care of us during breakfast. My stay at Pullman Saigon was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. As an Accor Gold member, I was kindly offered a room upgrade, which was a wonderful start to my stay and made the experience even more special. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was fantastic, and the Executive Lounge was easily the highlight of my stay – truly one of the best lounge experiences I’ve had. What made the Executive Lounge even more special was the team working there. Every time I arrived, I would see the same familiar faces who welcomed me so warmly. It gave me a very homely feeling, almost like returning home each evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. I would especially like to recognise a few team members who made my stay memorable: Quyen – She was fantastic in the Executive Lounge. She remembered that I usually enjoy three cocktails each evening. One day I arrived at 7:55pm, just before closing time, and she kindly took my order. She even came back to confirm if one drink would be okay since the bar was closing, but then remembered my usual and happily accommodated the three cocktails before closing. I really appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtfulness. My – Extremely attentive and always ready to help. She consistently checked in to ensure everything met expectations. When I mentioned that I am vegetarian on Mondays, she kindly offered to have a fresh fried rice specially prepared for me, which was a lovely gesture. Thienh – Very friendly and always serving with a warm smile. He has a great personality and is very professional and presentable. His positive attitude really stood out. Chau Phan – The Executive Lounge Manager was outstanding. There was a small error that occurred during an email exchange prior to my arrival. After I checked with her, she confirmed it was a mistake and handled the situation very professionally. To compensate, she generously offered me a night in the Pullman Suite, which was an incredible experience. She was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. I truly appreciated her kindness and the way she handled everything. Overall, it was an exceptional stay and I would highly recommend Pullman Saigon. The team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. I look forward to returning again soon!
