Prostyle Hotel Ho Chi Minh

Very comfortable and convenient for Japanese travelers, with plenty of Japanese-language signage and information available throughout the premises. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It was a great way to start the day with a mix of both local and international dishes. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. At night, the noise from outside was quite noticeable, even with the windows closed, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel has stairs, which could pose a challenge for wheelchair users without assistance. There is also no parking space directly in front of the hotel, which might be inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage or those traveling by car.

Although the reception area is impressive the rooms need significant investment to match the comparably high prices. The leisure facilities could also do with an update, although the pool is pleasant. We stayed there twice as the location was good for us, however, the staff always focus on upgrading you for more money rather than welcoming you after a long journey, giving you the best available room and basic information about the hotel. With investment, this hotel would be better and worth the money. As it stands, the price is too high for the quality. The breakfast is good, the staff and bell boys are good. Front of house need serious improvement. It is also important to note that we found that it is cheaper to book through Agoda etc than to book direct.

We really had a great stay with Prostyle Hotel. The location is very good, near to attraction and to shopping mall. A lot of good restaurant around, from hi-end to street style. The street where the hotel situated is quiet.. Upon arrival they immediately welcomed us and help with our luggages. Smooth check in and approachable staff! The lobby is fantastic! Very good concept and a lot of lounging area. The room, toilet and linen are all clean. In our room, there is enough space to open big luggages. It seems that is newly renovated. The breakfast is wow! Variety of food is served and healthy drinks as well! We super loved it!! The pool is clean! Luckily, theres not much of guest using the pool and we are able to fully enjoy it. We highly recommend to stay with Prostyle!

We spent 2 nights at prostyle. The hotel needs a significant renovation: we can hear the other guests when in our room, the window are not soundproof so we could hear the traffic all day, the room feels moist, the pillows are heavily used so not comfortable at all, there was no soap to hand wash in the toilet so we had to use the shower gel, the executive room toilet is super small and only fits 1 person at a time. The breakfast is very small and not with a lot of options. The pool area is nice and clean. The staff are helpful but sometimes the doormen were missing so we had no help. Hotel location is very good. Overall we would not recommend staying in this hotel as the rooms are not up to standards for this price range.
