Historic hotel in a great location for a visit. Great staff, but hotel is showing its age and is in need of a renovation.
They have an excellent hotel bar, well trained and friendly staff, and the lobby and salon area are beautiful, nice pool as well.
Breakfast was good, overall dining was too.
The hotel itself - hallways, rooms etc are in need of a refresh. The soundproofing isn’t good so you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways, and things just look a bit old/stale. Slightly dirty carpets in the hallways etc.
Overall, I would stay again as it seems to be the best hotel in the city. That said it is not close to comparing to hotels like Capella and Sofitel we have stayed at in Hanoi.

Park Hyatt Saigon has everything you could ask for in a luxury hotel: beautiful décor, an unbeatable location in District 1, excellent restaurants and bar, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the property.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. That level of hospitality made the stay truly memorable.
The hotel is also perfectly located, making it easy to walk to many of Ho Chi Minh City’s best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.
I’ve stayed in luxury hotels across many countries, and Park Hyatt Saigon is one of the finest I’ve experienced. An easy five stars.
What an incredible hotel! An absolute must stay and one I would highly recommend.
The service was fabulous from start to finish and we genuinely could not fault it. The food was outstanding, particularly the breakfast, which was one of the best hotel buffets I have ever had. It was not just the variety that impressed us, but the exceptional quality of everything on offer.
A special mention has to go to whoever leads the bakery team — the baked goods were superb. The egg chefs also deserve real praise, as they made the best omelette we have ever eaten, and we have eaten a lot of omelettes!

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved the elegant décor throughout the lobby, restaurants, and guest rooms. The classic design creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. I had a massage with Ngoc, who was excellent—professional, skilled, and made the experience incredibly relaxing.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff worked hard to accommodate guests despite the limited seating, and we appreciated their efforts.
Throughout our stay, we experienced genuine hospitality from the front desk team, spa staff, and restaurant staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel welcome.
There were just a couple of observations that kept this stay from being perfect. One of the bellmen appeared quite exhausted and wasn't very welcoming, which stood out compared to the otherwise warm service. We also noticed that English-speaking guests seemed to receive a bit more attention, and we hope all guests can enjoy the same consistently excellent level of service regardless of the language they speak.
Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, delicious dining, and many dedicated staff members who work hard to create a memorable guest experience.
Beautiful and well managed hotel with outstanding facilities. Some little flaws that I hope would change is the use of plastic bottles, a pillow menu and more attention to detail when it comes to the welcome experience. Drink temperature was too warm and the welcome gift quite boring. I am sure a lot of these things are already resolved since our last stay. The manager is very hands on and one of the most competent I have met. Breakfasts is one of the best in the game. Overall an outstanding property. The 4 star rating is comparing to the best in the world, and would otherwise be a 5. But if you play in that top tier, I will be more critical.
