I had a pleasant stay at Otis Apartment. The location was convenient, with a mart and several local stores nearby, making it easy to buy essentials and explore the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly, they kindly provided a fan, which I appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer instructions about the welcome basket (or the snacks and drinks in the room). I wasn't aware that these items were chargeable, so it would be helpful to include a note or label informing guests that they need to pay for anything they consume. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality, and I appreciate the staff's efforts to make my stay more comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfy. Check-in was easy and communication was smooth. Only downside: the stairs were a bit inconvenient and kinda made me dizzy.

Was worried due to some of the reviews but for the price I paid, the place was great. It’s an AirBnb, forget the “Hotel” part. So the guy saying there was no “service”…duh? You don’t get daily cleaning renting an apartment from AirBnb. View not good? I guess that’s personal, I liked mine. Especially Saigon at night. Higher floors would get better views I suppose. Room was definitely not small. Right size for a couple of people. And no noise, very quiet. Oh and the wifi in my room was crazy fast. AC was very good. There was a working washing machine in my balcony (if you don’t want to spend at the close by Sesa). The light in the bathroom was low (at points it got stronger, maybe it’s just a faulty led bulb), but it was enough. And while I agree, the bed didn’t look perfect it also didn’t look dirty (and the towels were clean so 🤷), floor could have been cleaned better but unlike western places there is no cleaning fee when checking in. And they give you slippers. So you get what you pay. For that price it’s perfect for 1/2 weeks so you don’t spend $1000+ just to sleep in a 4 star hotel. Location is nice too, very close to central areas.
