A great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms and common areas are very clean, the service is friendly and professional, and the price is very reasonable for what you get.
One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop bar—the atmosphere and views are fantastic, especially in the evening.
The area around the hotel is also a big plus. You’ll find everything within walking distance, from authentic Vietnamese food and Western restaurants to cafés and bars. There are plenty of options both during the day and at night, so the location is very convenient for exploring the city.

It is my first time stay at the luxury hotel. And I am very impress that. The room is spacious with all excellent accomodations. Especially the mattress. I got a good sleep all night. The room is very clean. It is located in the great spot which easily for travelling and enjoy chilling at the cafe. Anyway all staffs are very friendly and have a good service mind. I met one thai staff he is polite. That makes me feel more comfortable to meet the people who can communicate if there is unexpected thing happen. I would like to express my admirarion to the security officers too. They are friendly, helpful and very polite. If I had a chanche to visit ho chi minh city I will definitely stay at your hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Saigon Centre. The hotel is in a great location, within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of Ho Chi Minh City and is a perfect place to relax.
A special thank you to D Lavia Spa, where Yona gave me an excellent Vietnamese massage. She is highly skilled, professional, and attentive. The private treatment room was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. I highly recommend both the hotel and the spa.
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Saigon Centre. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. I also really appreciated that all the staff, including the security team, spoke English, which made communication very easy.
Room service was excellent, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that, as part of the hotel's eco-friendly (green) policy, bed linens are changed every three days unless you specifically request them to be changed sooner. The staff were always happy to help when asked.
Another useful tip for travelers: the hotel lobby offers currency exchange, but the service is unavailable on Sundays and until Monday afternoon, so it's worth planning ahead if you need to exchange money.
One of the great benefits of staying here is that guests have complimentary access to both the swimming pool and the gym, which are clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing or getting in a workout.

I recently spent 4 nights in an Executive Room with access to the Premier Lounge, and what stood out most about this stay was the people.
The hotel itself was excellent, but the staff were the unexpected surprise. Their attention to detail exceeded that of several luxury 5-star properties I have stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City. Every interaction felt genuine, not scripted. The team were consistently proactive, generous with their time, empathetic, and sincerely interested in ensuring guests felt welcomed and cared for.
Whether it was a simple request, a question, or just a friendly conversation, the staff anticipated needs before they became issues and always followed through with warmth and professionalism. The Premier Lounge team in particular deserve special recognition for creating an atmosphere that felt both premium and personal.
It’s easy for hotels to provide comfortable rooms and facilities; it’s much harder to create memorable experiences through people. This team achieved exactly that.
