I had a really pleasant experience staying at Novotel Living Saigon South. What impressed me the most was the Food Exchange restaurant and the morning breakfast experience. The restaurant had a very welcoming atmosphere, clean space, and professional service from the staff.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food choices, from Vietnamese dishes to international cuisine. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries, salads, fruits, and live cooking stations. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and regularly refilled. The coffee was also very good and perfect to start the morning.
I also visited Food Exchange during other meal times and was satisfied with both the food quality and presentation. The menu had many delicious options, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always made guests feel comfortable. It is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.
