If you are looking for a 4S comfortable hotel in a nice location with a delicious breakfast in Saigon than the Northern Charm Hotel is for you. Rooms as nice, breakfast is tasty with great view on 16th floor and location is walking distance from almost everything. Try it !
Had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy and overall very quiet even on low floor. Overall a good value and felt like a proper 4-stars hotel. Would definitely stay again.
We had the room at floor 3, with no view but I guess that was a win because it was silence (which from reviews seem that others didn’t have).
We met very nice staff, from carrying the luggage at arrival to friendly receptionist and staff at breakfast.
The room and towels were all clean. I guess they get stuff stolen a lot because you cannot leave the reception at checkout until they check the room. Is the first time this happen to us😂
The overall stay was comfortable, the gigantic bed could fit a family of 5😂
The location was also good for us, walkable distance to Nguyen Hue street, two markets, Saigon river and to Saigon Skydeck.
The rooms could benefit from better noise-proofing, but the hotel's location is great, view from the roof is very nice. I'm also very thankful to the staff on duty this morning (28/02/26) for hunting down my son's Pikachu plushie that we had lost 2 days ago! All in all, very satisfied with this hotel.
Different room, not the park view that we booked and smaller. A lot of noise from the street and not well working airconditioning, the room is hotter than outside. At check-in we had to not wait 20 minutes but a 1,5hr which we told them but what was absolutely not true. Due to a mistake (should have been late check out) for check out we were later out of the room, they only call for that you are late when it is really too late and have to pay a heavy price. So for them to let the guest wait it is fine since already paid for the booking. Very unfriendly in the communication when they do not make money out of you or when not in their benefit. No flexibility or understanding for situations, Asians get better treatment than non Asians.
