The price keeps fluctuating dependent on the date even when you plan on staying for a decent amount of time, and they will try and use this method to get the most amount of money out of you. Originally my son and I stayed in a room that had 2 beds and then on the third day or so they told me that the price went up for whatever reason and then they told us if we don’t want to stay in that room cause of how expensive it is then they will move us to two separate rooms single bed and then still charge us an additional 40$. Overall the experience was not a good one, and if you plan on staying at a hotel with consistent pricing then you should reconsider this hotel as an option.
I stay at this hotel every time I visit. Breakfast is great, good selection and closes until 10am. The rooms are decently clean, although the sheets and pillowcases seem dirty at times. My last stay the shower door was unable to properly close, and would stay ajar throughout which was a minor inconvenience. Very central spot however!
We booked a 4-night stay at Nhat Ha Maison Hotel in February and by the end of the four nights, we were so happy with the level of service, comfort of the rooms and their delicious breakfast buffet, that we decide to extend for another three nights! The hotel staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They even agreed to hold the bulk of our luggage for us while we took a two-night tour in the Mekong Delta. The breakfast buffet was outstanding...lots of authentic Vietnamese dishes as well as some Western choices as well! Try the Pho! The rooms were great, spacious with comfortable beds and good a/c. If you can request a room...request 1001. An updated room and bathroom, with a walk-in shower. We stayed there for two nights, and stayed in 1005 for the remainder of our stay. The only thing with 1005 is that you have to climb up to the tub which might be a problem for older people, or those with knee or mobility issues. I wish I remembered to take more photos of the hotel

This hotel has a good location but beware. Everything in there is old and has a bad smell. Drainage issue, cracks, stains on bed, pillow and sheets. Please check and inspect the room, bed, sheets because they will charge you as they wish and blame it on you. I had so much issues dealing with Kevin. Just unreasonably difficult. We called in and they told us diff discount and kids under 7 free. We then booked with agoda. When we arrive, they said kids are not free and start the up-charge. You will end up paying more and having more headaches.
