Melow Riverview Apartment

Room is nice. Convenient to everything. Mr.Nam is good.

The hotel in their advertising have used fake picture of the building No hot water for shower on cloudy days as they use Solar heating system The mattress is very soft that after nights has damaged my lower back and could not walk Worst location of any hotel in this city as it is located at the end of a road always full of mud road construction and heavy equipments and often closed after 11 pm, one evening it rained heavily that delivery of anything was not possible The staff were friendly and helpful, however I don’t think I could stay again at this hotel for all the negatives above

Threat and Intimidation tactics by Melow to tenants: Please avoid the apartment. The owner inflated my electricity bill to nearly 3x the fair market price (I didn't notice it in the contract, it was my fault), and service / support is extremely poor. For 10 days stay, my electricity bill came in at 1.6 Mn vnd The maid doesn't clean the dishes, and the room cleaning quality is also poor despite repeated complaints. I am stuck on a lease, so cannot do anything. Will definitely avoid in the future Edit: The apartment manager threatened to call the police when I posted the review, unless I take it down. Shared screenshots so that other people are warned of the tactics employeed by the apartment

Very spacious room for 2-3 guests to stay plus it's super quiet which is a big plus in honking central of the world Vietnam :) The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything. The only downside in my opinion is it's cul de sac so it takes about 8-9 minutes walk to get to main street in Thao Dien.
