Mai House Saigon Hotel

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very luxurious. The staff were wonderful throughout my stay, especially Ms. Châu, who truly made my experience special. I cannot have condensed milk or sugar, but I really wanted to try the salted coffee. Ms. Châu kindly prepared a special version for me without condensed milk, and it was still absolutely delicious. She also helped me with some very useful tips on how to shop at Ben Thanh Market without being overcharged. Thanks to her advice, I was able to buy many things at very good prices. This kind of personal care and genuine attention is something I have rarely experienced at other hotels. It made my stay much more memorable. Thank you very much to Ms. Châu and the whole team for the wonderful hospitality.

This beautiful hotel is tucked in a less busy and quieter part of HCMC yet with Grab it’s easily accessible, just 20min from the airport and a quick ride ($1 to $2) or short walk to cafes, restaurants and key points of interests. The high ceilinged reception area is beautifully decorated with a grand orchid centerpiece. And the bar offers a happy hour one for one at 5-7pm. We have a roomy 1 bedroom apartment in 825. Tasteful furniture and fittings. Floor in dining area is creaky and the beautiful curved orche coloured lounge is marred by a stinky cushion (or two?) The rooftop bar was a real treat! We had drinks while enjoying the breeze and ignoring the tiny raindrops. Our daily rebate voucher of 200000d came in handy here. Going up again tmr for the full moon🌕

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Mai House Saigon, really great in every respect. We stayed in a Premium King room which was very roomy, and well laid out. The room we had (13th floor) was very quiet for street noise, great for light sleepers. Close to quite a few big tourist sites, then a short Grab trip to many more. The room service orders we placed were all fantastic, very handy for the late arriving flight. The included buffet breakfasts (that might have been a deal we got for booking direct through their website, I don't remember) were great, huge range of food options (Western, local Vietnamese and more broadly Asian) in plentiful supply. The staff were all fantastic, from check in to check out, always friendly, approachable and happy to help. When we had questions if there were any translation difficulties the staff would grab another colleague who would be totally fluent in English. I am usually happy to just have a go and get along with a laugh when travelling, but they wanted to ensure everything was correct, which is probably for the best when organising onwards transport and the like! Goes without saying all of the staffs English is miles better than my Vietnamese, I don't seem to have much of an ear for the tonal elements! Wish we had planned for longer in HCM City, it is a really cool city with heaps going on in terms of both traditional and contemporary culture (the arts, food, fashion, etc.) and Mai House Saigon was/is the perfect base for exploring.

Mai House is your home away from home. A must-book if traveling to HCMC, whether business or leisure. This stay puts you in a fabulous location within the ever-bustling HCMC. The on-site offerings & amenities are second to none - from the immaculately designed lobby and cafe, to the exquisite pool terrace and adjacent full service spa, & not forgetting the picturesque rooftop bar - you will be sure to have an excellent experience at this property, no matter your fancy. Also, the quality and diversity of the on-site food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is beyond what you could want from a hotel-stay. Further, the most noteworthy feature of Mai House is how truly amazing the hotel staff convey the value they feel towards their guests. From personality, personability and professionalism; the Mai House staff never stoop below top-notch care. They always greet with a smile and are there to assist with anything you might desire during your stay. While the entire staff is fabulous, be sure to interact with John, Harry, Phuong, Thao (& their colleagues) during your stay here - their continued kindness, remembrance of my favorites, and un-matched attention to detail across multiple stays with Mai House; have made sure I will always return. This property provides a level of care and service that one would only expect from a much higher price bracket property. 11/10 - will stay again!
