Amazing place to spend time! We were upgraded last minute to a higher floor. Thanh Nguyen was most helpful in organising a wonderful dinner cruise for us. The Breakfast was outstanding with so much to choose from.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the whole team for your hospitality. Sabine & Jade
We stayed for 9 days for our first time here in HCMC and we're not disappointed with the service. The facilities were also fantastic, I closing the rooms, skybar and pool, and spa. Mr. Nguyen in the spa provided excellent massage service and Mr. Khang was great to work with during the check-out process. I would recommend this hotel to a friend looking for accommodation in Saigon. It's location also proved very convenient.
We host our corporate event in August 2026 for around 170 people. The Sales & Banquet team at the Liberty Central Saigon Riverside was super nice, catering and supportive. They made the whole process so smooth and effortless and easy to work with (Shout out to Khánh, Kha, Danh & Thương nha).
Overall, highly recommend to those who are looking for somewhere central to host your corporate event & definitely will come back in the future.
Location is excellent but suffers from traffic noise from the road in front. Go for upper level rooms if possible or facing the back will be more quiet. But then facing the front has fantastic views to Saigon river and District 2. Wi-fi was horrible, cannot watch YouTube. Rooftop swimming pool has fantastic views and the bar and restaurant is ok, but the rice rolls we were served were rubbery and almost inedible! Breakfast was good and included many many choices. Overall a great stay and will be better if the above can be improved.
I was in Hochiminh on a business trip for 4 days. My company arranged the accommodation for me at Liberty Riverside. Honestly, the service and quality of the front desk staff here absolutely blew my mind. Everything was beyond my expectations; especially Ms. Thao - Manager. She was very supportive and friendly in terms of offering me late check-out. The pool was particularly beautiful with a stunning view to the city.
On the other hand, the breakfast was the only thing that turned me off. It was nothing sort of special for a 4-star hotel.
