We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable with a great city view, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the main attractions and surrounding areas.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice selection, and the rooftop pool was another highlight- a great place to relax and enjoy the city views. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location, good facilities and enjoyable hospitality.
We had a relaxing stay at Liberty Central Citypoint in its signature room, 1802. The check-in experience was frustrating as communication in English at the front desk was challenging. However, the property, ammenities, and other services truly made up for it. The room was quiet and spacious, however some parts of the flooring had some water damage and the curtains were worn and had seen better days. The room also had lots of natural lighting and awesome views of the city. The highlight of our stay was having access to the executive lounge which served complimentay drinks and snacks throughout the day, breakfast and dinner service, an afternoon tea time and free flow service in the evening. Having an additional space just to lounge, relax, and enjoy the endless refreshments is totally worth it. The dinner selection was excellent! The staff in the executive lounge was also fantastic. Sadly, the wifi connection in our room was quite weak which made it difficult to work in. Overall, great stay and I look forward to coming back again.
The hospitality at this hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, caring, and attentive to every detail. We truly appreciated the personalized service and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

Stayed 5 nights at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel and overall had a very comfortable experience.
The location is excellent—right in District 1 and within easy walking distance to shopping centres and most of the key landmarks, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was quite firm. Unfortunately, the hotel mentioned this couldn’t be adjusted, so something to keep in mind if you prefer a softer mattress. The bathroom also needs to have brighter lights (room 1102).
They provide two complimentary bottles of water daily, and it’s very easy to grab more from the Circle K downstairs. There’s also a Häagen-Dazs ice cream store on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, but after a few days it became a bit repetitive—adding more variety would definitely improve the experience for longer stays. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, offering great views over the city—perfect spot to relax.
Overall, a solid and comfortable 4-star hotel in Saigon. Would recommend for its location and convenience.

The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. While the overall range is not as extensive as some larger hotels, the quality is excellent, with a well-balanced mix of authentic local cuisine and Western options. In fact, it was one of the more enjoyable breakfast experiences across the entire trip.
