Fantastic stay for me at the LMS. A very large and comfortable room which was clean and modern. Plenty of lifts too which meant fast access and no waiting for lifts. The staff who I've interacted with were phenomenal. Thor who checked me in to the exec lounge staff especially Hanna and Tracey who were so sweet, down to earth and generous.

Great location, beautiful hotel and excellent facilities. Five stars to Tracy in the lounge at Le Méridien Saigon! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly and her outstanding recommendations for local food and sightseeing made our stay truly unforgettable. Tracy provided exceptional service, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a wonderful experience. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
The breakfast spread is highly recommended with a great variety of options. I’d also like to give a special recommendation to all serving staffs in the lounge ,especially Freya , the serving lady with glasses and perfect smile in the Executive Lounge(club , level 22). I enjoy a good time with best view of the river bank at night also with the best service. She always delivers thoughtful, gentle service and wears a sweet smile, making every guest feel right at home.
I arrived almost close to midnight cause the flight was slightly delayed and most of all the queue at the immigrations. I was served by Ben during check in and he was very efficient, perhaps he could sense I was tired. Was upgraded to a better room so was definitely delighted. The room was decent and clean. However during the stay encountered some issues. The blinds in the room were hard to operate, had difficulty pressing the buttons didn't really help. You realize you pressed the same button 2-3 times it doesn't work then worked on thr 4th time. Everytime it takes about 2 minutes to get the job done on lowering or raising the blinds. There was also some issues with the toilet flush. Did a flush and then water just kept flowing and then the subsequent visit to the toilet after using wanted to flush but there was no water. Had to press the flush buttons a few times like a reset before the water stopped flowing and then was able to act like normal again. The lift also had some problems. You tap the card and from lobby you press the room floor after a while the light on the floor button goes off and if you not paying attention to the lift you might just be stopped at the lobby floor and the lift isn't moving. Same happened when going down. It happened to some other guests I chatted in the lift, they pressed their floor and of a sudden the light went off and it reached my floor just when I was about to head down. Breakfast spread was quite decent, met this staff Vy who was helpful and friendly. Had an unpleasant experience where a friend came to visit, was parking his bike outside the hotel and got scolded by the security, stared at, asked him to move elsewhere to park and used vulgarities on my friend. I don't think this should happen for a friend of a guest and even though they are a 3rd party hired by the hotel. Was told it was not the first time that staff did this to other riders and apparently it happened a couple of times before and hence should be seriously addressed. Other than that, felt that the hotel is well located had great views of the river and is just a stone throw away from the new Ho Chi Minh Metro, which can be a good alternative to explore the city. Managed to check out the pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Pretty well maintained and worth checking out these facilities if you have the chance. Popped by a few times by the lounge too in the mornings. Pretty nice place to chill.
I stayed in a River View room, and the view directly facing Ba Son Bridge was absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night. Everything at the hotel feels true to Marriott Bonvoy standards: refined, premium, and well taken care of, from the service to the overall atmosphere. What impressed me most, though, was Le Méridien Saigon’s attention to detail. You can really see the thought put into the small things, from the elegant flower selections throughout the hotel to the distinctive décor touches in the restaurant and guest rooms. It all feels tasteful and full of character. The breakfast was very good, and the view at Latest Recipe was stunning. I also loved the cocktails at Barson, which were both beautiful and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again.
