Good hotel in that place. Have many food varieties. I enjoyed my stay in that hotel. Recipient know English which helped me lot. Room service also good. I use to see lot of foreigners and rich people stay in that hotel. It is good for staying for business trip because food will be available from early morning. So we can plan according to our time convenient. They always help you to find cab. Very big market is available near the hotel you can find lot of Vietnam products and fresh fruit. All types of food available near the hotel. Enjoy your trip!!

Lovely breakfast, competent service, pretty lobby. Our room was large by Vietnam standards, our buddies' room medium size by vietnam standards, and not much in the way of windows. They seem to be remodeling in stages, so the hallways were not pretty. Air conditioning works fine. Beds comfortable and clean. The room decor was not exactly to my taste, but everything worked well.
A clean, comfortable hotel. Our room had no window which I found strange. Also bathroom 'door' was a sliding glass door which doesn't provide much privacy. Buffet breakfast is very good. Lots of choice both western and Asian style foods available. Good location close to local markets etc.
Remember to ask for your passports back after check in! They said they will safe keep it in the safe box but I saw them retrieving my passports from a folder behind the counter when I asked for it back. Nothing to complain about food, room, service. However there were previous guests' leftover towels in the bathroom when we first checked in
The worst hotel I ever stayed in Vietnam! The clerks did not understand English, the room was small and the view was terrible. The service in the buffet is bad, a waiter was lazy, there was nothing for breakfast at 9 am, though it is suppose to be open till 10 am. We asked to fresh up the trays but they did nothing. There was not a piece of bread! When we were checking out we had to pay about $1 to the reception and since it was our last day in Vietnam we didn't have any V money. The Receptionist refused to take cash in American dollars, we had to pay it with credit card. I will never stay there again!
