Landmark 81 Luxury Condotel

I booked this hotel for two nights, and it was a pleasure to stay here. Since I had added lounge access to my booking, the friendly check-in process took place in the lounge on the 71st floor. My room was on the 63rd floor and offered a fantastic view over the city. The room itself could have been a bit larger and decorated more nicely, with more attention to detail, for instance, by adding a nice picture to a bare wall. And I didn’t like the coffee in the room, although it came in biodegradable capsules, the aroma of freshly ground coffee was, unfortunately, long gone. Aside from the view, what I really liked was the beautifully designed bathroom, which featured a large bathtub and a separate shower. The hotel has an outdoor pool that also offers a fantastic view. It’s a real pleasure to splash around in there and take in the scenery overlooking the city. A sauna, whirlpool und a steam bath are also available and it was a pleasure to take advantage of these facilities. And what impressed me most of all was the truly outstanding Club Lounge! Not only was the staff there—as in the rest of the hotel—highly professional and friendly, but I was also thrilled by what was on offer! Breakfast is served there in the morning—though I didn’t make it to that—followed by soft drinks and light snacks throughout the day. But the real highlight were the three-hours with free-flowing cocktails and food in the evening! For a hotel lounge, the buffet was very extensive, featuring international and local dishes, some of which changed daily. And every single thing I had in my stomach tasted really fresh and delicious! I never saw such a Club Lounge with that qualitiy in any other hotel before! And as already mentioned, the staff were courteous and friendly at all times there! Simply great. And what I liked also pretty much was the breakfast in the morning in one of the hotels restaurants. I just was impreesed of the friendly staff and delicious, and high quality food there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the staff at the reception lobby on the 48th floor. Not a single staff member greeted me during my stay. Even when we made eye contact, they completely ignored me without offering any acknowledgment or welcome. This is the main floor that every guest must pass through, including hotel guests as well as visitors to the restaurants and bars. It is difficult to understand how guests can be treated as if they are invisible in such an important area of the hotel. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I have stayed at many Marriott properties around the world. However, this is the first time I have encountered such consistently unfriendly and indifferent staff. Their attitude falls far below the level of hospitality I expect from a Marriott hotel. For a property located in the iconic Landmark 81, this level of service is simply embarrassing and does not reflect the standards or reputation that Marriott should uphold. I sincerely hope management will address this issue through proper training and supervision so that future guests receive the warm and professional welcome they deserve.

A unique and premium stay experience because this hotel is the tallest building in Saigon, so you can see the entire city from above and even the airport. All facilities are complete, an outdoor swimming pool on top and there is a sauna and spa. The rooms are also very comfortable and modern as a 5-star hotel, the club lounge is a suitable place to relax and work while watching the sunset and enjoying the atmosphere of Saigon's city lights. The food at breakfast and in the lounge is all delicious and has a lot of variety, including local Vietnamese food. Thank you for the service and hospitality. There is a small mall below and above there is an observatory tourist attraction separate from the hotel.

Wow, this hotel left me speechless. The service here is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my family and I were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements and ensure plenty of halal-friendly food options were available. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering premium, high-quality food with stunning views from the 66th floor. Our room was beautifully designed and featured a generously sized bath, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We also had Club Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. Throughout the day, there were complimentary snacks, coffee, fresh juices, and mocktails available. In the evenings, a variety of delicious dinner options were served, including pho, Vietnamese noodle dishes, and seafood. Everything was so good that we often didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for dinner. The pool, gym, and overall facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Having a shopping centre directly underneath the hotel was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a cinema just steps away. While you’re only about eight minutes from the bustling streets of Saigon, I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of this area. I can’t wait to visit again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
