We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we would especially like to recognize **Happy** for his excellent service. He was always there to assist us, very attentive to our needs, and made us feel truly welcomed.
He was also very kind and thoughtful in offering us a weighing scale so we could check our luggage before our flight. It was such a simple gesture, but it made our stay much more convenient.

I stayed at KiN Hotel Dong Du for a few nights and honestly had a lovely experience.
The room was comfortable and spotless when I arrived. After a long day exploring Ho Chi Minh City, it was always nice to come back to a room that felt calm and welcoming.
But the staff really stood out. They were friendly without being overly formal, which I really liked. Everyone seemed approachable, and whenever I needed help, someone was happy to assist.
It was also nice to see the same warm attitude every day, not just when I first checked in.
Nothing felt forced or overly “hotel-like”. It felt more personal, and that’s probably what I enjoyed most.
The room was honestly better than I expected. It was clean, cozy, and had a really comfortable atmosphere.
I especially liked coming back to the room after spending the whole day outside. It was quiet, cool, and felt like a nice little break from the busy streets of Saigon.
Everything was organized nicely, and the room didn’t feel messy or overcrowded.
The staff were also lovely throughout my stay. They were always polite and quick to help whenever I had a question.
Overall, a very comfortable stay and definitely a place I would consider for my next trip.
this hotel is very conveniently located. it is walking distance from many shopping spots. the staff was always very friendly with us, from start to finish. they helped us whenever we needed something and also allowed us to store our luggage since we reached the hotel earlier than expected
I stayed here in May 2026 and found my room to be clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to commend one of the staff members, whom I believe was named Happy (I only caught his name briefly on his name tag). He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—always cheerful, welcoming, and happy to strike up a conversation. He also assisted us with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs, which we greatly appreciated. It was clear that he is a hardworking and dedicated employee.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I am unable to comment on that aspect.
Overall, the location is excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to try some of your other outlets the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.
