This is one of my favorite hotels in Ho Chi Minh. Conveniently located near all the shops and cafes. The service is hands down the best, super friendly staff and certainly very informative and helpful. From my stays in multiple trips, I got to connect with the amazing staff at the hotel. From the bellmen (Xuan, Tin, Huy & Khang) to the front desk (Trang, Kiem, Hung & Van) to my favorite star Tommy at the Concierge! Tommy was very helpful in recommending restaurants and helping us book reservations at the pickleball courts. We stayed at both the hotel side and the apartment side. Both were very spacious and clean, with nice views of the city. The breakfast was amazing! They had western and eastern dishes so everyone was happy. The best coffee and pho can be found here!

What initially should have been a 1 night stay, has turned into 3 nights so far! I am so impressed with the service, I decided to book more nights. In no particular order: Phuc from room service- outstanding! My at front desk- outstanding! Doung in food/hospitality- outstanding! Chau front desk- outstanding! Dinh Ahn- Chef- outstanding! Guy next to My today- outstanding! Housekeeping staff- outstanding! Bellman who helped carry my bags-outstanding! Dining servers-outstanding! Breakfast staff-outstanding! Our stay at the JW Marriott Saigon was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standard. Our room with a balcony was spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. The little touches made all the difference, with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the service was truly impeccable. The location is another huge plus—right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it easy to walk or take a short ride to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. You truly get what you pay for here. If you’re looking for luxury, outstanding service, and a central location, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Saigon. We would definitely stay here again!
Truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel over the weekend. Start from the lobby with the fresh flower and friendly lobby staff. The room is clean and well maintained and they even extend small touches by putting a bookmark during turn down service on top of my book. We also went for the executive floor and special shout out to Thomas for his exceptional service. Overall a great quick staycation!
This hotel was recently rebranded as a JW Marriott from its former InterContinental (IHG) identity. Having stayed at the Sheraton, Renaissance, and Le Méridien before, I can confidently say this has been the best experience among them. The building itself is somewhat dated, but the service level truly matches that of a top-tier luxury hotel. The location is very convenient, right in District 1, with many restaurants and shops reachable within a 10-minute walk. I used Marriott Bonvoy points for this stay and found it to be an excellent value—about 26,560 points per night for a five-night stay. That comes out to roughly 1 cent per point, which is higher than the typical 0.7 cent valuation. The executive lounge is spacious and not overly crowded, offering a wide selection of snacks, fruits, and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see unique local options like jackfruit, coconut water, and papaya. Breakfast is another standout feature. There’s a wide variety of options, including local favorites such as bánh mì and phở. They also have around five live cooking stations where meals are freshly prepared and customized, which is something I haven’t seen at many other hotels. Overall, this is a strong choice for both value and experience. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.
